Mrs. Rosalyn at the River City Marketplace is amazing. She is super friendly. My 2.5 year old daughter is usually pretty shy but not with Mrs. Rosalyn. Mrs. Rosalyn took the time to sit at a table with her while my wife shopped. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Great experience shopping at Carter's 4th of July. Sales 40% a lot of clearance. We always love shopping at Carter's. We've been shopping here since 1983

My very first visit in there yesterday the 19 th Sunday for my first grandchild. Expecting it to be expensive blah blah blah but absolutely not and might I truly praise the workers from floor staff to cashier's to the lady doing the price markdowns she was amazing whole store staff was super amazing a plus ... It was my first trip in and I will most definitely tell everyone it's amazing in there great sales great staff warm personalitys friendly and caring true Aplus rewarding staff yesterday.

Prices high, and although the staff member that helped me was very nice, the other member was very Sharp with him with an attitude Infront of all the customers in the store. He was very professional though

Went into store for the first time today around 7pm, I usually shop online but wanted some holiday outfits quick. I don't rememeber her name but the service I received was awesome. She was so kind, informative and ready to help everyone who came in while she was the only one there. Very nice experience 10/10 would recommend!

Saturday was my first time going in to Carter’s and one of the lady’s up there where being rude towards me and all up in my business.It’s no need to be rude towards someone when you don’t know there situation.Wish I could leave 0 stars.

This is my worst experience ever at Panera. This location clearly doesn't get the Panera culture or their quality standards. What I was handed was reminiscent of slop; slop that I wouldn't even serve my dog. We ordered the new broccoli Mac which had literally 4 noodles in it I thought it was the soup at first. Not to mention it was cold as well. Then my BBQ chicken sandwich looked like it was thrown together with no care at all. It was flat like a panini. But none of this should have been surprising to me since the customer service was horrible too; a bunch of people who obviously didn't want to be there. Their attitudes are horrible and they obviously need better leadership.

Went to PB ordered the oatmeal. Absolutely disgusting!! No taste the strawberries were hard no flavor. Cinnamon sugar crunched together only can taste on one side of oatmeal. The oatmeal was dry. I think they owe my $5 back.
