Store hours say they open at 1000. Arrived at 1030, doors were locked. Saw an employee in the store, knocked on the glass and was given a ride hand gesture. Don’t recommend this store!

Such a great selection of stuff. I scored great deals on the clearance section to stock up for months out. The additional 30% off was nice. Friendly associates. Clean store. The only thing that bugged me was one of the associates kept asking if I wanted their store card after I declined several times. It came across rather pushy, in my opinion.

I called her head before going to the store. I explained to the young lady that I had injured my knee and I wasn't able to walk the store.I asked for onesies for a little girls size with 18 monthsI asked her if she could put a variety of them at the counter and I will come and pick them up.Her name is Daniela, You talk about excellent customer service skills!!!! I have never in my entire life been so blessed to encounter a young ladyWith such professionalism and Grace. Daniela, made my day. She deserves an award.Caters will forever get my business. Man they have some great deals on quality children's clothing. Be sure to go to the back of the store-i had already checked out when I noticed all the stuff in the back also. Went during the week and wasn't crowded. Got alot of shopping done.

I went in prepared to purchase several gift items but they don’t have shopping carts to hold said items or place a child. I don’t see how that’s conducive for a children’s store. I love Carter’s clothes and the door busters were great but there was no way for me to shop. And I feel the need to add there’s really no way to hold shopping items on a stroller either so a cart is really necessary.
