The manger off Edgewood avenue by the captain D's in Jacksonville FL. Does not know how to tell white gold and platinum. She scratched my necklace that's 14kt White gold and told me it's silver. She believes to test it you got to scratch it and if it don't look like yellow gold where you scratch at it's silver. I don't know how she a manger there if she can't do the gold the right way. So if you don't want your gold scratched up and told it's silver don't go here

I like this location of Cash America. The staff here will generally bend over backwards to try to help you. They do not look down their noses when you walk in the door here, just a friendly greeting let's face it, unless you are there to shop, no one generally likes to have to go to the pawn shop. It can only mean one of a few things. None of which are any fun to talk about So to not get treated poorly is a definite plus. Because of this they have earned my business, and it is my go-to location.

Cash America is THE BEST for selling jewelry and scrap gold. They have a jewelry event going on from now 10/1/2020 till 10/17/2020. They will give you 50% more than jewelry value. I was quoted $400 at mandarin jewelry and got $600 here. Ask for Jayla. The DM is awesome for this promotion going on early
