What an awesome bookstore!! From the outside, the expectations are low but once you walk in, its endless rows of book Heaven! There was multiple rooms and is SO much bigger on the inside than it looks. I literally could get lost in there! They have new and used books (heavier on used from observation). Chamblin Bookmine also offers "book credit" where you can bring in your old books in exchange for some new ones! They give you 10% off retail for new books and 50% off retail for used (unless stated otherwise) which is a great deal. All the staff were super friendly as well. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Book lovers, this is a must stop!! You can get lost in the maze and die happy. There's a mix of used and new books, plus every genre under the sun. I noticed a whole section just on shipwrecks. GREAT ROMANCE SECTION, especially historical romance. The back annex has the YA/horror/children, so don't forget to check back there.

This place is book heaven! Rows and rows of books. Was able to explore and got a bunch of books. Be prepared to do a little searching, however staff is helpful in locating what you're looking for. Only negative I have as the checkout girl was 'super short' when asking about pricing. What I got is you pay half the US price on the book...but no less than $4. So if it's 2.99, you'll be playing $4; if 16 you pay 8. Will definitely be back again...happy reading

Huge selection of used books. Giant variety of just about anything you might be looking for. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because, the aisles are very narrow, which tend to bother my claustrophobia and it's very easy to get lost, which makes me a bit anxious.

This is my absolute favorite bookstore I have ever been to. The sheer massive size makes it a book lover’s paradise. You will most likely get lost multiple times…and you will love it!Tons of diverse genres, authors, and titles you could spend days in here just browsing it all. They do have a credit system-which I love-where you can hand over your books for store credit to get even more books! It’s the best! They also do a lights out during the weekend of Halloween which is really spooky and fun.The only disappointment for me is that their lgbtq+ section is lacking and I think needs a lot more attention. They do have some but they are pretty hard to find. But overall amazing bookstore that I take a couple hour drive to get to and it’s worth the drive every time.

Great selection. Literally something for everyone. It's a labyrinth of wall-to-wall books. Prices are a little high for used books, but they will have almost every niche title you're looking for.

One of the best stores I've ever accidentally found.I was in the store for about 1 hour just to walk all of the book isles and another 2 hours trying to decide exactly what I wanted to get. Books are fairly priced and they have a ton of almost everything you could think of.

"Bookmine" is a good descriptor but honestly "BookBlastMine" is more accurate to how I felt when walking in either of their two locations.Went in 1 looking for coffee and got an amazing experience out of the bookstore, then I went to the "main location" looking for one book and found that, as well as a copy of "flatland" a book that is very rarely available in my experience and even better, a copy with a sequel volume I'd never heard of!This is the kind of business I would recommend people experience as a "taste of jax" as someone who isn't from here and travels often! ??

Amazing book store! Took the 11 &12 year old grandsons looking for certain books. Their jaws dropped after getting inside the door. What fun when the hunt began. 51.00 later the comment from the 11year old was"We need to do this every 2 weeks" What fun to create a reading addict. Do not miss this place.

I was not particularly fond of the way they conduct business here. Before even allowing me to agree to a fair price for the books I was attempting to get store credit for, they began shelving my books assuming that would be perfectly fine with whatever store credit they gave me. In addition they low ball you on books that are in great condition. I will not be shopping here again.

Our 1st time here, and we never knew it was so close to our house. This is a very relaxing place to go! Our daughter loves to read and this place is 10 mins from our home.

My wife and I visited different used book stores every weekend. This is hands down the single best one in America. The pulp western section alone is a larger and more diverse selection than most stores have in their entire catalog.

HUGE, HUGE book store. Be prepared to do lots of walking and looking. Tons of books and categories. New and used books. Seems like you're walking in a real-time maze, but they have arrows on the ground to help you out. Probably has any book you're looking for, or they can order it for you. Be prepared to spend some time there.

This place is pure heaven to me. While it can be a tad bit overwhelming at first, you quickly fall in love with not only the books and the sections, but the people, as well. Abby helped write me back online, but it's much quicker to just call them for help. They ordered me books since I was in high school. Going back as an adult was trippy, in the best way possible. I didn't want to leave, -quite literally - I was there until the lights went off. Sorry guys!! They weren't upset, but make sure you go EARLY in the day (note to self) so you have time to peruse. There's chairs when you need a break, too! I really liked that part. Just thank you for always being a place of wonder for me, and never a dull moment... I even met a duck! You never know what you'll find in Wonderland ?
