I would rather encounter a wild pack of female hyenas with their babies then come here and talk to these snarky arrogant women that work here. I been coming here 3 years on different times the only person that was ever nice at all to me was a man inside the cubicle the women have huge attitude. If I am just getting my cash out the tellers always act like it’s a big hassle for them if I need advice on loan transfer they always default to cooperate 1-800 number never offer any type of solution or advice at all wonder why I continue to keep my money in this bank every day I have to interact with them usually I use the walk up ATM just so I don’t have to bother them. The workers upstairs come and go without even speaking to you & look at you as if you are trash trying to avoid you as much as possible.

Crappy customer service walked in multiple times and the reps are always on their on their phone acting like they don’t see you. Was at the atm making a deposit when another customer came in and asked about opening a business account and the lady told him she was too busy and couldn’t help him. Mind you she was texting on her personal phone for the last 5 minutes and there wasn’t a single customer in the bank besides me. To make it worse there was 2 other bank employees there acting like they didn’t see or hear the guy and this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed the crappy customer service.

Me and my husband came to location to do business I ask to use the bathroom not to mention I'm like 6 months pregnant and the Jamaican guy gone tell me they don't have one I can use well sir how do you guys use it I know you don't hold it your entire shift

Google knows more than the Chase app because the Chase app said that there's a walk-up ATM apart from the lobby and I looked all around and I after I had already been there and saw that it was closed, but I went back to look for this walk-up ATM they only have a lobby one so I thought maybe it's cut off from the bank so it's just like a room. But no it's part of the lobby. So the app is wrong. There is no ATM besides the lobby

Opening my first bank account in person at Chase was nerve-wracking, but the bankers were incredibly kind and professional. Evellyn, in particular, walked me through everything with patience and made sure I understood how to use the Chase app and everything it has to offer!
Compared to other banks, Chase's service is top-notch. I'm excited to keep banking with them and would recommend them to anyone. 10/10!

Was looking for a Chase ATM and came to the building I thought it was closed which it was because it's a Sunday but the security guard there was so helpful she opened the door for me she didn't have to the security guard that they have working at the Chase location is a sweetheart and she gets 5 stars.

The worst Chase branch I have ever been to they treated me like a dog telling me that opening an account would take me 2 hours a total lack of respect, it took me time to complete all the documents I needed to open the account and when I was excited they treated me like garbage the I'm really disappointed and I'm no longer sure I want to do business with Chase.

I went in today to deposit a couple checks to a business account and I was greeted by the security guard and shown the way to the branch. Once inside the branch, the ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. Having not deposited a check in sometime, I was glad to have one of the ladies, Chante, take down all the information needed and make the two deposits in less than 5 mins. She was such a pleasure to do business with! Not sure why others have had issues with this branch but seems like they have made improvements. Can't say enough good things about Chante!

I should have read the reviews before driving here. Worst branch I've visited in nearly 20 years. The staff here must wake up saying, "how can we make people's lives harder today?" Everything you ask for is an automatic, no. If you push they claim, sorry we aren't "authorized" to do that. They use the most nonsensical arguments to say no to everything. They are a live ATM, that's it. Robots are better and should absolutely replace the staff at this location.
