I was told buy chase corporate to go into a local bank office to verify some information for an application for a credit card I submitted. I got there and was told I would need to make an appointment. I said I wouldn't be able to come back since I had to work and I was there already. I was then told well it doesn't take 5 minutes to do to which I repl that's fine if it takes 20 or 30 minutes I just would not be able to come back. she just stare at me like a deer in headlights. needless to say I withdrew the application. chase worst experience I have ever had at a bank. thanks but no thanks

The annoyingly pretentious, Asian racist lady that works there almost made me close my account .Her customer service skills and quite lacking.Looking for another Bank after 20 years with Chase after interacting with her.

Justin deserves 5 stars for taking care of us after we were turned away for 1.5 hrs - then another 20 - 30 minutes because "a banker's appmt went over the time they planned for it."The 5+ other staff who tried to placate the long wait times by asking the same questions over and over again about why we were there - getting my son's 1st debit card which is not rocket science at a bank that's been in existence forever per the coffee table jp morgan history book - deserve 1 star.

Just got back from this branch and oh my god its the best branch ever!!!! I was in n out in 30 minutes and the staff was super understanding and helpful. Everyone was super nice and guides you to the right place so youre making the most of your busy time and energy. Thank you to everyone in this branch you all are doing an excellent job, keep it up!!

Terrible service. Went in to fax my mothers death certificate and they wanted me to wait for 20 minutes for no reason. Mind you, no one was waiting or in appointment either. I had already done all the paperwork to close the account and just needed to fax the certificate.Making an incredibly sad situation even harder on a grieving daughter. Do better.

W8w, what happened to this company. Fell so far. I only asked for refund for 1 horrible change I DID NOT authorize and after being on the phone with them for 1 hour with a NON AMERICAN they sent me Paes to fill out. Took me an hour. Got a response that charges were valid what??? Called again got sam÷ papers git same result. Im disabled and have no one to help me. Now I have to sell my house because I have no money. I HOPE THEY'RE HAPPY GETTING RICH ON THE BACKS OF POOR PEOPLE!!

Every time I come here the employees are rude to the point of never wanting to step foot in there again. I've given this location about 10 times and have yet to have a good experience.

Horrible service every time I walk in to this place. The Wells Fargo across the street by Cheesecake Factory is like a luxury hotel compared to this place.

I went to cash a check they told me it was fake and tried to keep my check. Finally when I got them to get a bank manager I convinced him to call the place to check came from and they cashed the check, but they never apologized or showed any concern of the way they treated me. They wouldn't even allow me to sit down until the end. It's completely disgusting how they treat people.

This bank if you can call it that is ridiculous they tell you to schedule appointment to convert over a checking account. In the same breath, we only we take walkins on Saturday, but we can't help you today because we're lazy. This was over an hour before they close. When I asked to speak to the manager, he would come out of the office to speak to me. they wanted me to schedule an appointment for something that should take 20 minutes or less. Mind you I had scheduled an appointment online through the app which they told me that I couldn't do because it doesn't allow you to do that. too bad I have an email that shows I had a meeting scheduled with them today not a walk in. If you want to be aggravated visit this location. And Jason, the "manager on duty" you should try customer service instead of hiding behind your office door pretending to work. As I am writing this all appointments have left the building and they could have helped me but chose not to. Worst "bank" location ever
