This bank is useless. There’s a few to do any and every little thing and worst of all I put a check in my account and it’s 5-7 business before it’s authorized through my account. Needless to say I will be closing my account with Chase bank and going else where

Teller was very friendly. There was no line. I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Plenty of parking.

I called to ask whether the branch can perform a specific bank service I need and the recording says they don't have anybody to answer the phone, can't take messages and to call the 800-number. I called the 800-number, who told me that they can't tell me whether the branch can do it - - call the branch. Idiots.

Never been in the Branch, but the recording says their hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, closed Saturday and Sunday. Google says Drive-Thru is open until 6pm and lobby closes at 5pm. We'll for someone not from here, that drives all the way up there at 5pm to make an urgent deposit, to find the lobby closed and NO DRIVE THRU ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!!!!. Get it right people, you're either open until 6 or you're not, but change the message on you're recording. And yes, I verified the address I was at. Also, how does Google have Drive-Thru hours and you don't have a Drive-Thru? A drive-up ATM is not the same thing.

Sad to say I took a friend into open account they say card would be 3 to 5 business days it took over 15 days while at the bank we tried to online bill pay access and it locked them out. The banker said oh, when you get your card, Call activate it they can help you. So that happened try to call and activate it they won't activate it they want you to go back into the bank with your two forms of ID so wait a minute you have your account number they have your social you have your new debit card and you can't even make a phone call to correct an online banking issue. Worst service ever put your money elsewhere. Chase needs to really get it together. I will never refer another person.

Terrible customer service, and I expect bare minimum wherever I go. To not even get a smile and a “I can help you” atttitide is really unacceptable.
