My experience at this branch was very good. I had an issue with my card, and it was resolved very quickly. The people were attentive, and I had no further problems.

Terrible customer service, I waited 10 minutes and no one came to help us and check on us to know what we needed, I guess they don’t need customers at all! Left without opening an account, went to another chase bank and same thing, wasn’t helped at all! Poor service

All bankers were amazing and very knowledgeable. The Branch Manager Patty assisted me with my issues. I love my bank especially the bankers at San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, FL.

These people wasted a month of my time trying to get approved for a credit card. They lost my first application then I went back to the branch and filled out another. That one was also lost or not filed properly so then they needed my bank statements. I provided them and was told to wait again for approval process. I called again and gave them my social to find out, once again no application is attached to me name. Where do these applications go? Why keep having me fill out papers and come to your branch just to set on the phone with customer service for an hour? I called today to try and cancel to application and it's apparently not even in existence according to their records. Wasted a month of my time before the holidays and I really needed this card. Also the branch hung up on me this morning and ignored my call when I just wanted to cancel the application. This branch and the company should both be embarrassed for how poorly they handled a simple situation. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other bank in town

This location is either very understaffed or the employees do not cross cover at all. If you use the drive thru, I have not had an encounter that lasted less than 10 minutes, today was over 15. And there was not an abundance of vehicles (meaning not many customers inside the bank). The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I believe they just need to revamp the manner they handle the drive thru or simply close it all together and have lobby usage only.

The bankers in the physical location are powerless to help you with frozen account issues, they just have to sit and wait on hold with customer service too. Chase has a serious customer service problem.

Cant give me a money order or cashiers check because I don’t have an account with them but Publix can? No wonder I don’t have an account with them.

This location consistently fails to please. Their customer service 90% of the time is garbage. Everybody has a face that looks like their sour lemons. They have no ability to handle change so when your change cup is full, this is not the place to come. The financial advisors have minimal education at best. You're better off going to your local credit union.

My experience was very pleasant and positive. I had a problem with paying my card and I might have not been dressed the best. Witch means something to some business. the wonderful girl who helped me was nice,considerate and helpful. Overall it was great experience.

Not punctual at all. Chase missed multiple appointments and made me reschedule due to them not having everything ready.
