If you are an owner operator, cancel the load. It's not worth it. The only chep in the area that's worth it is off Picketville Rd. Don't waste your time and lose money with these guys.

Stay away if you're doing a live unload. They'll have you sitting in the median for hours checking your phone, hoping you'll receive a text to dock.

My app 9 AM so i checked in 13:30 the day before 2 hrs later got a door 40 min later trailer empty now I'm waiting on them to count the product. I'm not saying the bad reviews ain't real but it's not everyone's experience.
PS. bunch of us waiting on the property with no issues, others waiting on the street.

Has to be one of the dumbest places I’ve been to in my career.
I was told I had a 5AM appt. Show up a bit early and park in a spot only to be told oh we don’t open until 6 and you have to park on the street (middle turning lane)
Pull back in at 6 to check in at Kiosk near Door 27. Receive a text to wait for instructions. Yard guy pulls up and tells me I must go back on the street to wait for instructions. It will be a while
I ask why and apparently some driver tried to sue their company or something. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets sued again for forcing trucks to sit in the middle of a street. I can only imagine if they were to get busy with trucks. Having a semi sitting in the street is extremely dangerous with all the traffic.

You check in/out with the Kiosk inside (next to dock 27). As long as you can read and write English you’ll be fine. They were very quick to get me loaded and out of there. The only negative I would say is I had absolutely no cell reception anywhere there. The yard dog was even very helpful and let me know I needed to disconnect from the trailer and I was having issues connecting back up, he moved it out of the dock for me. Good experience for me.

Great place to deliver to. Park in the street. And walk into shipping. Then you input your information in a kiosk. Then it tells you either what dock to goto or stay in truck till they call you on your cellphone with instructions.

Long wait... Deserve Zero star. Driver waited 6 hours to get to door. Terrible service. OTRs please avoid this place. Nolan is the broker and won't do anything about it.
