I don’t know what’s happened to this Chico’s in the Town Center here in Jax . I went to it this past Saturday and it looks like it’s turned into a cheap outlet store. I’ve never been to a Chico’s that has this many clothes all crammed together and the clothes did not look like Chico’s quality that I know. I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes and walked out. In the past I have always looked forward to going to Chico’s , but after Saturday’s visit I guess I’ll have to try and find another store that has women’s clothing like Chico’s USED to have (if there is such a place) . I am totally bummed out.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I don't normally post with my name but if this is the only way to get a point across I'll do it. I've shopped at Chicos stores for years both on line and in person. My in person visits has been less than a pleasure. Unfortunately the two locations in my area have been absolutely the worst at making EVERYONE feel welcomed when entering and shopping in your stores. I totally agree with one other review. Treatment depends in your ethnicity. Several visits I was treated as if I was from space and my money was blue instead of green like everyone else. They were snobs, I was treated cold (did not receive the same greetings, kept waiting while they took care of a customer of a different
race) and ignored. I have loved most of my purchases over the years but I think this is the end for me, this has happened to many times. Perhaps a course in diversity is needed for every employee you have, both new and current.
I must add ALEX in your Jax Fl, Town center store is the nicest sales person I've had. He doesn't belong there with the others.

The store is nice. The employees very helpful but parking can be a challenge.
