The food is fine but the service and how they treat customers is awful. And their mobile orders are routinely either wrong or missed.I don’t understand why businesses think they can treat customer with disrespect. People are spending their hard earned money to buy food, it’s not being given to them for free.Chipotle management should spend less time worrying about their stock price and more time providing staff with training so they can offer a great experience to customers.

I would avoid the chipotle on beach. Missing cheese, lettuce, guacamole, supposed to have extra Veggies and extra steak. The steak that’s on here is dry and the whole thing just looks like trash. Thanks chipotle

Ordered online and order was 20 minutes late. What’s the point of ordering online if I show up and wait longer than the people who order in the restaurant. No apology or anything from the staff.

After having a very successful catering experience I decided to go try it again to see if it wasn’t just a fluke. Place wasn’t too busy. Placed our order. It was fast. Nice drink options. Understand in this economy everything is expensive but they could have given more. Tables were super dirty. We had to clean them before we could eat. My burrito was poorly wrapped so it fell apart. It was delicious though. The chips were salty and tasted they had been made a few days ago. I’ll give chipotle another chance.

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos by the time I got to my car two of them were soggy. Waste of money. Overpriced.

So normally Chipotle is great, but this staff is clueless. Way too cold inside, asked to turn up the air and was told we know it's cold sorry! Like ok I guess you make the inside temp for the kitchen not the customers.Second, side door is locked (big fire code no no) but when asked if they could unlock again no action was taken.Tons of staff yet none could leave the backside if the bar to do basic stuff. Also super rushing our large group through the line and acted annoyed at every question someone would ask.Again this Chipotle needs some basic customer service training and fire Marshall needs to remind them on basic code of doors being locked while under operational hours.

The shift lead had such an attitude that was belittling to the staff and set the wrong tone for the whole experience. We were charged twice because the cashier forgot to ring up the guac, the burrito was rolled sloppy…. So many things went wrong that I’d rather either drive further to another location or have Taco Bell. Everyone was new and the main person on the line was having to use double the tortillas because of errors.

My order was stolen for delivery twice and they refuse to do ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! Told the last driver they will not make it again.

This is literally the best chipotle on earth! Food is always dialed and perfectly seasoned. Always get online orders correct. Love this location!

They are a great place. But they need to make sure the food area is being clean every time ? they , are getting ready to make another order. Food stations is messy ? from them dropping, vegetables, corn and other foods items on the work station. Other than that it's a great place to eat and hangout.Vegetarian options: They have it if that's what you want
