Awful attitude from employee working the serving line. The portions served were insulting and a joke. Employees overcharged and rob people of their cash and skimp out customers on their orders. No good sorry ass establishment.

As soon as I walked in I saw an employee with dreads stick his hand in the nacho bowl and dip it in the queso sauce and eat it. I was disgusted I am pregnant and that could have made me sick i immediately walked out ! DO NOT EAT AT THIS

Chipotle always packed but the food was fresh and ordering and paying went fast once I got to the front of the line. Definitely worth the wait.

Took 10 minutes longer that expected. 8 people were already waiting and employees made no effort to tell people what the hold up was.Then I got my “three” tacos but only two of them were filled. The third was just kind thrown in there with the filling spilling everywhere. But at least they gave me a fork to scoop it into the tortilla.Did not get the queso I paid extra for.

food is decent, dining area and serving area do not appear to get cleaned often if at all. Poor attitude from employees and lack of pleasant and welcoming attitude from servers. I have only been 3 times but im going back again today in about 10 minutes. I have only ever been to 1 other Chipotle, I plan to eat here regularly because the food is pretty good and has a high nutritional value.

This place has gone downhill... shake my head!! All I wanted was a normal size chicken quesadilla and they proceeded to tell me that they could only serve me a kids quesadilla and that I had to order a chicken quesadilla online in order to make my order eligible for them to make!!! I wasted my gas and then time to drive there for a big disappointment. How hard is it to prepare a full sized quesadilla???

Absolute embarrassment to the chipotle brand. As others mentioned the worst I've been to. Ordered a steak bowl. They put half a scoop of meat and that is not the worst part. It was unusually thinly sliced and dry with absolutely no flavor. I went during lunch. When I brought it back I discovered it as mentioned above. I had to put a bunch of salt on it to try to somewhat recover this pathetic excuse of a steak bowl. The tomato (mild sauce) also didn't taste right. Borderline spoiled. Please whoever owns/runs this place step up you're game. I do not plan to visit this location anytime soon. Waste of $13.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in my life, and I wish I was over exaggerating. I placed a mobile order for a quesadilla at around 9pm for a 920pm pick up. Went to the store at 925pm, and walked in to cursing/ offensive language and joking/playing around… red flag #1. Told an employee that I was picking up an order and he proceeded to put on gloves to START making the order a whole 30 minutes after it was ordered. Once he started making the order, he then told me that they were out of multiple ingredients that I ordered for the quesadilla. I simply replied asking for a refund. His response was “well I don’t handle that”… WHICH WAS RUDE. He brought the manager to me, and the manager said that they don’t process refunds! How can you not process refunds?! Especially after YOU are in the wrong? The app should have even allowed me to mobile order ingredients that were no longer available! He then tells me to return another day and say “Chris sent me”… I asked for them to write something down so that it’d be a reputable source. He refused and said word of mouth is enough. At this point I am appalled. I return to the store the following day during lunch. I asked for a manager, and he agreed to make the meal. Once on line, there were STILL ingredients that were missing. I was basically forced to settle for a meal without the ingredients that I wanted because I wouldn’t get my $15 back. After ordering, there was NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT TO OFFER ANYTHING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. This store is a mess, the management is terrible and there’s no true customer service. I’m disgusted.
