I've had the pleasure of partnering with Chrystelle on our most recent client's home purchase. It was for a first time home buyer and as a seasoned Mortgage Broker, I was amazed how Chrystelle did everything she could to make sure our client received the best opportunity possible. She negotiated additional concessions for the client and from the buyer's own mouth, stated the home checked all their boxes. Chrystelle is an amazing realtor. She’s personable, friendly, intelligent, professional, and so so helpful. She did everything in her power to make the process as smooth as possible for me and had my back as the buyer through everything. I am so happy I was able to have the confidence in a realtor that I did in her. I will be recommending Chrystelle to anyone I can, you will not regret working with her. It was important to me I worked with someone like her and she delivers 100% on all of the things she says. She anticipates needs and even helped me with many things outside of her direct role. Chrystelle recently helped me purchase a home with me and my girlfriend. Being a first time home buyer we were unsure what to look for and what to expect but Chrystelle made sure to take us step by step through the home buying process. She was aways very quick to respond at all times of the day via call or text. She personally walked us through all the showings of the multiple houses we wanted to see. From the first time we walked into her office until the time we closed on the home we were treated like family not just another client.

Chrystelle is by far one of the best realtors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She cares a people and goes above and beyond what I’ve seen other realtors do. She is very knowledgeable in what condition requirements are needed for different loan programs, which is extremely important so not to waste customer’s money. She pays attention to detail with the homes and contracts. I highly recommend her for any real estate transaction needs.

Chrystelle was fantastic in assisting us with selling after we had already relocated out of state! My husband bought his house with her and we came back to sell with her as well. Chrystelle Ancelot, one of the best realtors in the city of Jacksonville Florida. I had a absolutely wowed customer experience having her as my realtor. Chrystelle is very professional, with a great personality and attitude as well exceptional people skills on all levels. She kept us in the loop of what was going on by doing follow ups with us daily during the process of purchasing our 2nd home. She had quick responses to phone calls and emails. She sat with us and told us what all would take place step by step. The process was smooth from beginning to end. We could call her unexpectedly and she would shift her time around to accommodate us to see homes at the last minute. She did not stop until we found our diamond in the rough. Her main focus was making sure we were happy home buyers. She made that happened. Would I use her again in the future the answer is YES. Would I refer her to future home buyers the answer agains is YES I would without a doubt. Chrystelle is the best. She is very meticulous and an expert at what she does. I don’t like writing reviews however she has helped us purchase two properties and sell two properties in a great timely manner with great results. my husband and I are military family and we enjoy having somebody that is knowledgeable in VA loans
