Super nice lady at the cash register gave me another water when I gabbed at the counter about how I wasn't thinking and thought I walked off without my bottled water in a gate. I bought it earlier and now was back. She was the nicest lady and let me have another one complimentarily. I later found my bottle in my bag and she still was super nice and said to keep it. A gesture and a nice spot I will remember when I return.

What is happening ? People in this location just can not handle a 7 people line? So their quick solution ... yielding from the inside : Go to the C section to the other STBK Rude - uncommitted not nice personnel (STBK : check reviews is not the first time )

Went to this market for a sandwich/wrap... all wraps were misdated with the wrong date and/or OLD cant prove which... however informed the employee who said "we dont make them here, they are made ever day downstairs" and didnt even care that was marked from mar 9 2019 and still in there fridge on may 7th... she was on her phone and had an attitude about me questioning this issue. Bad service and the sandwiches are not that good DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Before heading to my gate I needed my daily dose of caffeine (and apparently so did everyone else in the airport). Luckily for me the line moved pretty quickly. I ordered my usual traveling breakfast: grande nonfat white chocolate mocha and croissant. The person taking my order didn't seem too thrilled to be there. This is a bummer, because doesn't everyone want to start their day off with a smile and a coffee? I try to chalk up the interaction to maybe she was having a bad day, maybe another customer wasn't so nice, etc. The baristas making the drinks were efficient, quick, and personable, which was the saving grace for this morning's first interaction. My white chocolate mocha was hot, robust, and the caffeine hit my veins, helping me start my morning travels. My croissant was warm and flaky. Pros: -Efficiency of the line -Baristas making the drinks were pleasant -Drink tasted like it should Cons: -Customer service at the counter could have been better Tip: Greet everyone you meet with a smile, who knows what they're going through

Oh, my word! We need some serious staff training heah! A line of people, orders taken quickly, but what a bottleneck between orders and actual fulfillment! Ok, first, what are you doing making people who just want a regular coffee wait while you make lattes and Frappuccinos? And everyone waiting was discussing whether waiting longer was worth missing their flight! It wasn't. Lukewarm latte, sullen and slow service, not even close to what Starbucks should be!

I love Starbucks but the customer service here is horrible. I forgot to tell the lady that I had a free drink so I scanned my Starbucks rewards and she said I owed her money. I said I had a free drink and she gave me attitude saying "well you need to tell me that. " and got her manager. Horrible service.

As much as I love Starbucks, this location inside Jax Airport is lacking in customer service! Drinks and food came out fairly quick and they are open early hours for the early flights but man... some of the employees either don't like their job or aren't morning people! Woman behind the counter was rolling her eyes as I was asking her to reload my Starbucks card on the app... yikes! It's your job, lady!

I ordered the new protein blended cold brew in cacao but she made the almond one. Her coworker corrected her and told her it was supposed to be the other one. She yelled that she needs to go home and shouldn't be there. I then waited for her to make 8 or 9 other drinks before she made mine and at that time she gave me a drink that wasnt blended. It had an awful powdery texture with big chunks of ice in it. After a 21 minute wait, paying $6.71, I ended up throwing the drink away and getting a brewed coffee at burger king.

Drink was made correctly. Staff were ok (not overly attentive or pleasant). It's a busy airport setting so, I'm just satisfied that I didn't wait too long for my drink.

So bad! Not real chicken. Over 10 dollars for 330 calories. What a joke. Don't ever waste your money here. Go buy a cliff bar.

I like Starbucks I just don't love them. I decided to stop in for a Frappacino this evening before I boarded my flight and was very disappointed. The reason for stopping was because I have seen the new commercials advertising this Luxe Ultra Caramel Frappacino every 5 minutes and it looked absolutely amazing! I am a lover of caramel and really needed it in my life. Yet to my disappointment this Frappacino is just subpar to say the least. There is entirely too much whipped cream, not enough coffee or caramel. I'm glad that I got that out of my system but can say that is not a drink that I have to have again.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The employees are rude, cold, and stone faced--mean. They were busy sure, but by no means slammed. Only a few people in front of me, and a few after. I had an uncomplicated order. This Starbucks needs an overhaul in customer service.
