I just left and I bought the 🍪 at the register and as soon as I opened the pack n broke a piece of the cookies they jus crumbled into crumbs literally I come n get those cookies all the time and this is my first time experience this

The receipt machines at the pumps are always empty showing that they don't care if people have to go inside to wait in line just for a receipt

I live in a small town and visit the circle k there...I was blown away by this store. It was clean,everything I wanted in stock,no broken machines,and the cashier I met was the kindest and provided excellent customer service. This is a franchise store...corporate doesnt do it like this. Super glad we stopped.

Some employees are great and one's aren't just asked the lady for change and she stated that for me to get change I have to spend 20 dollars never in my life I had to spend more than a dollar to get change back... lady thinks she can get away with everything ... that's what she stated to another customer rude and very unprofessional

If I could give this place half of half of. star, I would. Me and my friends stopped to get some snacks, I got my stuff and paid for everything. After I finished paying, I went to use the restroom. After I was done, the manager stopped me and accused me of stealing and said they had to check my bag. I told her I didn’t steal anything. They said they had me on camera but the employees must be blind because they didn’t see nothing. I opened my purse, and when she discovered that there was nothing in there, she asked me to unzip my jacket. Again, there was nothing. Then she wanted to check my pockets and I said no. You found nothing what more do you want?!?! And before this whole situation, I did notice the cashier staring at me like a hawk and it made me extremely uncomfortable. So after all that, I just walked out really mad and upset. I’ve never been targeted like that before. Never again will I spend my money at this gas station.

The black young cashier had an attitude with my husband, and then went outside of the gas station to yell at him in front of all the customers. And we still did not receive any gas and we came for gas.

I use to buy pizza and drinks but prices have went up pizza is smaller and twice the price hotdogs are crap bread is stale . No longer affordable and quality has gone down

Im a regular at this particular Circle K must say the store was somewhat clean and decent, what stood out to me the most though was the excellent customer service experience i had.... he seems to be new his name is Johnny very friendly and knowledgeable also very fast and efficient... i have noticed a difference in the store since. Very interactive with the customers and seen him getting things done out and around the store.... Also my buddy Quil does well and has been here for some time now.

The manager needs lessons in customer service. She s rude and yells at her employees and customers. If I see her at the store, I turn around and go somewhere else. I don't need to be yelled at when spending my money. Owner really needs to get rid of her.

I would give a five star, but not with the mean and rude manager. She treats costumers and employees really bad. And what I don't understand is if in every review the manager is rude, why she still there??? She started yelling at my wife for no reason other than confused her for another person. We won't go there every time she's there.

The employees are wonderful people, the store's manager on the other hand? She's a C U Next Tuesday! She has a disgustingly horrible attitude everytime she interacts with anyone. Customers, workers, ANYONE! I feel horrible for her employees, as I would dread working for her. When I see her in the gas station, I can't help but roll my eyes. If you see her in the store, just turn back around and go across the street to the other gas station. If you don't, you're gonna leave pissed off.
