FIX THE SODA MACHINE! ALL SODAS TASTE TERRIBLE. WHY. ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A YEAR. Every soda is flat. Machine has trouble keeping all the drinks cold. A whole corner of the store is dedicated to the broken soda fountain. There's so much more I could say. Hey owner, if you would like someone to run this store that should be a masterpiece because of its location send me a message.

To be a new store that has not been up very long since they remodeled it you would think they’d have working restrooms to accommodate their customers. However, this is not the case. It is Saturday 11–25–23 and we stopped to use the bathroom me and Coworker only to find out that they have boxes blocking the pathway with out of order signs. This is unacceptable since they serve hot food and by OSHA rules they are required to have a working bathroom for customers, so I do not know why anyone is shopping there or buying anything from there because they have no working bathrooms to go wash their hands yet they’re preparing food. This is disgusting I won’t be back. I feel like this if they think I’m not good enough to use your bathroom in your eyes than I am not good enough to spend my money in your store.

I have always used this place for fuel, snacks, car washes etc for the past few years. Not anymore. Getting eyerolls from management and associates alike for wanting to pay cash (the self checkouts almost never accept cash here), the endless trip hazards in the aisles, chronic understaffing…I could go on. I’ll just hit up the nearby 7/11 or Wawa.

Fix your men's bathroom. Call someone or something Circle K is a huge company I'm sure it wouldn't be that difficult to put some money into making your men's bathroom functional.

***BUYER BEWARE***Prices at the self-checkout are consistently $0.20 to $0.30 HIGHER per item on six (6) different, random items I tried to buy than what is showing at the shelves. Get this fixed! You are ripping off your customers, and this is got to be against Florida state law to mark one price at the shelf and charge another at the register!

8 am on Wednesday August 9 and there’s a Hispanic woman here who is the sweetest!!! Someone give her a raise she’s so sweet. I hate going inside a gas station but I absolutely needed to and she literally cheered me up with her delightful attitude and made my day. I totally hope her employers hear about this.

So I just stopped in this location to get a couple of items. Once I got them I realized I forgot one thing and asked the cashier Dylan to please get it for me from behind the counter. It was much more expensive than you would find at any other convenience store and I was about eleven cents short. This cashier named Dylan pulled out his own debit card (which I believe was a doordash card so he obviously worked hard for that money also) and even though I told him it's okay don't worry about it, this man paid for the rest of my item with his own money. I wish I was rich. I would give that cashier $1,000 no questions asked. While most cashiers these days are rude and could care less about customer service, this man restored my faith that there are still some good people out there. Dylan, I told you I would write a nice review because it was the least I could do. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this and realizes the great employee that they have and that he gets the pay that he deserves because I know just from that experience I will now be a lifetime customer to that location. This was at Atlantic boulevard and girvin Road. Keep up the good work man. It's going to pay off I promise

It’s 3/17/23 I been here since 12:50am. I’m pumping gas I go in to get a drink. The door is locked. It says bathroom break. Cool no problem I completely understand. FYI I just had shoulder surgery yesterday and it’s a struggle to get seatbelts on etc…That’s why I didn’t go to a different store. Anyways customers walking up to the door seeing it’s locked. It’s 1:17am and she finally unlocked the door from taking a bathroom break. Y’all need to pay more and hire another staff member so she doesn’t have to close the store down. Very unprofessional and the camera right there you basically lost 6 customers because the door was locked.

I came to circle Feb 25, 2023 to work for shift smart and the Manager Alix Golberg was so nasty and rude to me for no reason to the point that the police had to be called. When the police arrived he stated I did nothing wrong and asked her why she didn’t give me the code or apply to what the instructions of my job said . She responded with she doesn’t have to do anything or give me the code. Not only that but the district manager was so unprofessional and rude and responded by saying “I see why they are rude to you” . I did nothing wrong and was disrespected in multiple ways.

There is one employee in particular dark hair, has a dark mustache that works at the store. He has no customer service skills, tries to actually take advantage customers and what money is owed to them and discounts that should be applied. Very bad attitude.

I love this place because I get lucky with the lotto tickets here (I frequent this Circle K), but today I turned in a 5 dollar winner (the prize screen and the register screen showed 5 dollars won (and the Florida Lotto app confirmed it too before I went in). Cashier tells me I only won a dollar. The prizes on that particular ticket start at $2, and when I said something to the cashier, she gave me attitude and said it was only a dollar. I'm a little annoyed, even if it was a small win that I lost out on. ? I'll still go for lotto, but won't turn in here if that cashier is there. If the machine tells you I won 5, I want all my money or at least put it towards the tickets. Nope, only the dollar she said I won was applied while the winning screen showed 5. While I will recommend people this store to go get scratch offs, it's a major thumbs down or proceeding with caution to return to cash out. Keep your eyes on the prize, literally. ?

I need to stop every morning before work but half the time I will drive right past this place instead of subjecting myself to the long wait lines to buy even a cup of coffee. They are usually understaffed or the employees are just sitting around watching one person run the register while eight people are in line. This place takes the convenience right out of convenience store.

I think someone of the staff may be sabotaging this store. This store easily has the most amount of downtime between check out and fountain drinks offline of any store I have ever experienced in my life. To top it off it almost seems like most of the stuff don't care because they don't have to work. Go figure.

Used to be a daily stop until the new store manager took over. The short lady with the straight hair and nose piercing. She took over and the store took a nosedive. She’s bad at keeping basic inventory, like coffee and creamer. She’ll sit on the floor and count money even when there’s a line to the door. Maybe she is not so quietly quitting.
