-Fountain drinks are always out of syrup like they are just too lazy to change it. It's most frustrating, especially when you want it and know it is going to be out, but you try anyway against your better judgment.

11/30/24 air/vac machine down. Aisles full of boxes/creates that you have to squeeze by just to get to the cooler that’s not stocked. You can’t give this place money.

Worst gas station ever people that work there constantly
have the doors locked or make you wait while they do a
"shift change" at this point would love to see the place
close down and be replaced by a merchant wiling to

This review is primarily directed at the management of Circle K. It is appalling that they would leave a totally inept, unprofessional clerk who has very little knowledge of how to operate a convenience store.I visited this location on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at approximately 11am. My transactions were fairly simple, as I’ve completed the same purchase previously at this location. I presented two Fantasy Five tickets for redemption to free tickets, and one lottery betting slip. The clerk, XAVIER attempted to scan the tickets with the scratch ticket scanner and became quite indignant when I suggested he do it the correct way. After multiple attempts he finally relinquished and redeemed them in the proper fashion.My lottery was $12 and I requested $8 worth of pre-paid gas to complete my transaction of $20, which was paid AT THE REGISTER BY DEBIT CARD. When I attempted to pump the gas at pump #5, apparently the nozzle spring was dislodged making it inoperable. I asked him to move the prepaid amount to a different pump, which he did after he continued his tacky behavior. So pump 7 didn’t work either, or he didn’t move it or WHATEVER.The fun really began when I reentered the store, I was informed by your poorly trained clerk that the balance was back on my card and he didn’t know what I DID TO THE PUMP. How dare he? Obviously this idiot has no earthy idea of how the credit/debit system works and that only happens AT THE PUMP, NOT WHEN YOU PREPAY AT THE REGISTER. Now he refused to refund my $8, he threatened repeatedly to the point I called the POLICE.After he spoke to his manager BY PHONE, since he was alone, he begrudgingly refunded $7 of my $8, which is really inconsequential, I’m a retired professional, I could care less about the money. However, you obviously have employees working at this location that could care less about this business. In addition, Mr. Xavier displays a rather unkempt appearance, dirty shirt, uncombed hair and a horrible attitude.

The employees at this Circle K are the best, they try really hard. The gas station has a nice selection of basics. Please give all of your employees a raise as they deserve it.

Trying to rip off people by charging extra for watered down gas. Got charged extra for an extra gallon when my car doesn’t even that much capacity.

I stop at the store literally every single morning before work to get a fountain drink. I have come to know the staff members by name, and my face who are all genuinely kind and helpful every time I am in the store despite the level of foot traffic, they may be dealing with at that time. the store is always clean and well stocked and in the event there is any kind of an issue with the soda machines or cash register or whatever the case may be they have a sign on the door notifying you. Because of the location of the store there is a lot of foot traffic from people who are home free who panhandle. Some of these people are kind, and some of them are very aggressive, because they appear to be under the influence of some thing. And situations like that where I haven’t necessarily felt the safest getting out of my car, it literally takes a quick phone call and they come out and open the door to make sure that I got in safely or if the police need to call. Even on busy days and stressful moments where there should probably be more staff than scheduled, they continue to work with that pressure with a smile on their face and a kind word to wish you off on your day. Grateful for the store and the customer service of the staff. It always starts my mornings off on a good note.
