Okay, So this gas station has to do something about the individuals hanging out outside the gas station asking for money all the time. It becomes a burden when all you want to do is go inside the convenience store get a drink and get out. This is usually late in the evening. Due to this, I’ve stopped visiting this store and I have to opt out to visit another gas station.

I had never seen such poor professionalism at work in a public center where they serve clients. Yesterday I went to buy a hamburger at the gas station and since it was raining I sat down to eat it and the manager told me that I had 3 minutes to eat it and I had to leave the place. The treatment they gave me bothered me, I had to leave the gas station getting wet and today I went again and when I went in to buy the manager again told me that I couldn't enter the place because she didn't want me to. When he came in, he would call the police for committing the crime of wanting to buy with my money, apparently. Although I don't think that is a crime and I showed him my money with which I was going to buy, I never thought that here in the United States, the workers would rule in a center. of work as if they were the owners, I would not want anyone to go through what I went through and I hope that one day they improve their professionalism at work. And to see good workers who do have Humanity and are not racist because I have come to think that how I am Hispanic and I don't speak English they treated me so badly as if I were a dog😠😞😞

This new circle k sucks. This is the only location in jacksonville that i cant get a large frozen drink. They made a huge dael about me making a xlarge frozen drink there as i have my entire life at circle k and kangaroo. I hope this place goes bankrupt. I will be contacting corporate and i will have the same energy with them as they did when i made a xlarge drink. This circle k is basicly soviet Russia

I've been coming here since they have opened. Don't have an issue with the people, for the most part they are nice and helpful, but recently they have started playing foul unacceptable music. If I decide to bring my children with me I wouldn't want them to hear any of the music they are playing. Talking about sex and every other word cussing... Makes me not want to come here no matter how convenient it is

I go in here almost everyDAY for over a month and get boiled peanuts and a drink. Normally I go midday and NEVER an issue. Today I was running around kinda early and decided to go in there and get something to drink....and some peanuts. Being it's early I politely went and asked the white girl standing playing with her phone by the computer if the peanuts had been in there more than an hour (I wanted to know if they were done) to which she replied they're supposed to be in there more than an hour they're boiled peanuts...while trying to roll her eyes. I told her I KNOW that I'm trying to make sure they're done. She was like ooh yea...as I paid for my stuff I was telling my son that'll be the last time we come back and the black girl goes back and says it to her and they both started laughing....ok cool....but then don't be EXTRA trying to say shi+ as I walk out the door! Then when customers snap back y'all wanna threaten to call the cops like little girls it's too early for all that!I see by the reviews this store has an issue with people being respectful to customers! You think because y'all will continue to get customers it doesn't matter if you lose one but be careful because one day someone is going to come in there and not be ok with that type of attitude and really screw someone up! I've never seen a circle k with such a low rating!By the way....the peanuts were hard af!

Very disrespectful and rude employees. They laugh at the customers while still in the store and using their smartphone in front of customers while working. Monday May 15 at 2:10 pm. If a regional manager or owner read this reach out to me. This type if behavior needs to stop.

Horrible service. One day they know you and one day hey don't. I wonder what hard drugs they're on? Don't come here at night they close for a "shift change" which is just the lady letting her friends shop alone. Stupid a** people here

Bought 2 bags of pork rinds was charged 4.58 should have been 4.28 clerk that was tax at 7 % 4x7 is 28 cent ripped of 30 cents overcharge will never go back

Had a flat tire and needed change for a dollar to use their air pump. Cashier made me wait until she finished mopping the floor, even though I was the only customer. After telling her what I needed she told me she couldn't give me change unless I made a purchase so I had to spend a dollar to get change for a dollar. They should change that policy.

Excellent customer service. Only place around with decent employees and they had the bathroom open both men and women!!! Huge plus++++
