poor customer service. just left this location says 24 hours and doors was unlocked just to be told they are closed for the worker to lock the door and refuse customers just to let the coworker husband in to stand to counter and talk. Do us all a favor and take the 24 hours off. If you want 24 hours save yourself and go to trout river location

It's beyond annoying when the store employees blatantly LIE LIE LIE about a bathroom being available and "Out of order". You think I should believe you're at work without a place to relieve yourself on a 9 hour shift.
They close the bathroom and write a ragedy sign because they're LAZY AND DONT WANT TO CLEAN

If, I could leave zero stars I would . The two ghetto girl I just encountered had bad attitudes and was high and had a problem with getting up off their fat buns! Those two girls smoke more outside every time I see them then doing their jobs ! I dislike this store and I’ll be calling corporate everyday til they are removed. I’ll be recording them outside smoking weed and posting it online and tagging corporate ! If they not smoking weed they refuse to come to the window or boyfriend drama or male men bringing weed up there and they smoking it outside ? The am crew stay high ! Store be smelling like weed ! Lazy just lazy

Does customer service exist anymore? It doesn't seem to matter at the this store. I frequent this store for gas, snacks and energy drinks. This morning I felt like I was ignored and when I was recognized the employee said she was on a different register. I was at that register and it had a sign that said to use the other register. I told her and she said I'm in this one with an attitude. Then she moves the sign. If you don't want to serve customers or don't value your job, quit. Go to school and do better but don't catch an attitude with customers. This store does not have to worry about me or my hard earned money anymore. It's a million gas stations and I will take my money elsewhere.

I went there as a customer to buy somethings this morning around 9:30 am and the cashier she was really rude and has a strange attitude i really dont understand why i went to spend my money not to get charity and despite that i was asking for charity for exemple she would not act the way she was .actually its bad that you have to deal with those kind of people they are not aware that customer service need certain behaviour …..no greeting and weird looks never experienced that before that ‘s so sad actually we are in the The twenty-first century some people need to grow up and be more civilised .

Everytime i walk in there i feel like I'm on a episode of cheers everyone knows my name .. staff if friendly and very funny .. always a great experience when I walk in ... even though they decreased the weight of their ice bags down to 7 pounds from 10 pounds and charging the same price is a bit ridiculous

As long as you're ok with possibly getting stabbed or robbed in the parking lot it's not that bad of a gas station.
