THIS IS A PRIVATE CIRCLE K FRANCHISE. not a part of corporate... they do not do inner circle. Nor many other sales that corporate stores do... Also this location has different prices compared to corporate. Polar pops currently as of 10/23/2025 are $1.07 and Frosters are up to $2.79. Also this location charges for ICE cups... Regardless if its in your own cup or not. Same price. $1.07. If thats an issue to you then go elsewhere... stop complaining and acting entititled that you dont have to pay for ice. It cost the business money. electricity, water, maintenance of the machines and so on. If you want to use Inner circle then go to a corporate store.. .Easy way to tell is if the gas station says Exxon Mobil, BP, Texaco ect... those are privately owned franchises... Corporate stores say Circle K at the gas pumps.

The pumps have ads. The ads are obnoxiously loud and there is no mute button. It's a headache to stand there and listen to it.

The cashier with the blonde hair working in the day time is so extremely rude. The owner needs to address this lady about her terrible attitude. It's privately owned and this location on blanding and Wilson is giving Circle K a bad name. Next time I go in and there's no other cashier's that can help me I'll take my business somewhere else.

Cashier that has worked there for a while is extremely rude. They need to find better cashier's with better attitudes and have better customer service.

I have lived near this store for 4-5 years and I have seen so many faces come and go but I must say they have a phenomenal team now. Always clean, friendly service and always guarantee to be open!

So I go to this Circle K all the time and spend at least 10.00-20.00 a day each time I go.
I went this morning and got the items I get and I had a drink I made at home and ice was already in it but I wanted to just “top it off”
I went to pay for everything and the cashier charges me a dollar (.96 cents) for a whole ice CUP when I didn’t even get a CUP at all nor did I get enough ice to even fill one up half way.
I fact, the “ice CUP” cost me more than the whole drink.
Had they had good customer service she would have brought that to my attention and said, “Hey, btw, the drinks are cheaper than the ice right now because we’re running a sale on our Polar Pops” and at that point I would have gotten a drink being she was charging me a cup full of ice that I never got being I was using my own cup and got MAYBE an inch of ice. In fact, I told her I only topped it off with ice.
So, sounds petty?
Exactly, and hope it was worth it because you lost a 10.00-20.00 a day paying customer all because you needed that .96 cents that bad.
With the attitude the cashier had I’m sure she won’t care and that is fine as I don’t expect much more value from her but I’ll be updating corporate as well. Also if this location is a franchise, I’m still contacting corporate because you still carry the Circle K brand and you have to maintain a certain image and I’m thinking this isn’t the image they’re looking for.

Well Circle K, you have earned another extremely NEGATIVE review and you've lost another customer, I'm sure it doesn't matter, but who cares, obviously not Circle K.
On Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 8:30 AM, I encountered one of your trainee, a character named Ashat or something close, maybe Asshat? Because it definitely suited him. As a trainee he should not be allowed to run the store with obviously no visible supervision. Especially since he is inept at speaking properly to customers, and has absolutely no idea how to operate the lottery machine. He was rude and condescending in his communication and physical actions. I am a 66 year old retired professional, who has been a people manager throughout the bulk of my career. With that said, no company should anyone with this type of unprofessional attitude and lack of respect for Circle K's valued customers.
One thing corporations should hold in high esteem is their customers satisfaction to ensure repeat visits and good reviews.

The employees at this store are so rude and don't know how to ring up anything, EVER. This time my husband went into the store to get 2 cups of ice. They charged him for 2 drinks. So, I took the cups and went to the fountain and filled up our cups with actual drinks. I proceed to walk out and got yelled at by the same cashier that rang us up. "excuse me, you have to pay for that!" I told her that I did in fact pay for 2 drinks, since she didn't want to charge me correctly for ice. She said, "well you have to tell us that" I told you at the register that it was 2 cups of cereal and you proceeded to charge me for drinks! Not ice! So, I filled up my cups. She then told me that I'm not allowed to do that. I said, "I can do that if that's what I paid for". When I started to walk out, she called me the B word. I'm never going back..
