When I found Panthini's shop online I was so happy to find out that there was a store in Jacksonville and I didn't have to resort to an online rush order. Sanskriti boutique is located inside of her residence, which I was nervous about at first but upon arrival I was so happy that I decided to go!! They have SO many options and Panthini was a true pleasure! She was so accommodating in helping me find the perfect dress and outfit for me and my brother. She even helped accessorize! Instead, they offered to replace the collar free of charge. Received replacement collar within a few days and put it to good use over the weekend on our lab. Thank you!”
“I usually have such a great experience at this store that's why I keep coming back. However after today I will not be returning due to lack of boundaries and personal space of one of the staff members. I brought my son in with me to the store in his car seat as he's only 3 months old and was napping. My sales girl was great and helped me with Pandora charms for mother's day. However, one of the other sales ladies decided it was ok since my son had woken up to take his toy he was snuggling with from his arms and made him upset while I was trying to check out. She gave it back to him and I finished checking out and left. I cannot believe you would do that invading his personal space without asking the parent and ending up making him upset. I had to wash his wubbie that he hasn't wanted to part with and he's screaming. I do not know where this lady's hands have been and this was a total invasion of personal space and very disrespectful. The other two sales ladies were great and helped me while shopping just like all the other times I've been there and it was great. But this one lady will be the reason I won't be going back.Update: the manager/owner did call me to apologize for the incident. She assured me that this was just a seasonal employee on her first day and that she would be talked to about her boundaries with customers. She also said that this was not ok with what happened. Which I appreciate knowing what I knew before was more of the normal for this store. I will hesitantly give the store another chance as they have been so great in the past.”
