Love waiting 3 months for my car only to have to work on it after myself. The car had some minor suspension damage to the front passenger side with some damage to the panel. I’ll say this… they did a good job painting the panel but they have no business doing any mechanical work. They left the inner tie rod BENT! I looked at the reviews before I sent my insurance claim to them. I wish I did more research. Prepare to wait a long time. If you’re on a budget and going out of pocket and could care less about a junk daily driver then it’s a 50/50. I would not trust them with anything you care about though. Maybe for paint and paint only.

Promised 30 days, took 120 days full repaint. Insurance paid out $5800 charged me $3700 on top for a small Toyota Tacoma first gen pick up. Grimey work, horrible tape job, paint is chipping in so many places and now I’m in the process of disputing the charge with my bank as the $5800 insurance paid them is more than enough for the quality of work I received. They even painted my wheels with the tires on and had the nerve to charge me an additional $1000 to powder coat them. So all in I have garbage quality work and I’m out $4700 after they already pocketed $5800 from my insurance company. Stay away unless you want to be without a car for months without an explanation on what’s taking so long and sloppy work.

Another collision shop quoted us over $1,000 more than what Mike did and they never even called us back after they said they would. Mike was super friendly with me and my husband, accommodating, and provided excellent service. This is not a business that is flashy or has a big sign but I have always felt like the service is what matters and we were very pleased with the service. I strongly suggest if you need body work to go here and ask for Mike. He should be given a raise as this review and others can attest to the fact that he’s a huge contributor to the satisfaction of the customers. I picked this business because of the reviews and was not disappointed.
