Came in on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing, and the branch manager Ericka Woulard helped two customers before getting to me and getting my wire transfer taken care of. Big help with a stressful situation, 5 star experience!

Deborah Green was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was incredibly thorough and helpful. I had quite a few things to get done and she made sure that everything was completed correctly. She knew exactly who to call when some extra assistance was required. She made the experience very pleasant and I will definitely turn to her in the future for my banking needs.

I've banked at Community First for many years. The entire group of people at San Jose and Loretta was Great, Julie Ericka. etc. Then the branch was moved further down on San Jose with a new team not as personable. I went in on a Saturday at 2:15. to ask a few questions about personal loan . There were 3 team members sitting around the table on right talking among themselves. Since the teller line had several people waiting I approached the 3 representatives. I ask them if i could ask a few questions about a loan. One of them told me I had to go through the teller line first to check in. The little lady at the teller was working hard to assist those in line. Finally at 2:40 a young man came out to help. He told me due to the time they did not have time for loan information. I ask to speak to a manager, shortly a tall gentlemen came out answered a few questions and said the young man was new. This new branch needs to participate in team work when not busy as the Loretta team often did.My new branch is now Bartram. They are great!

The five (5) stars goes out to Tyler and Melissa (I believe that was her name - sitting next to Tyler) for their OUTSTANDING customer-centered services!! While maintaining a great sense of humor and an open mind, Tyler was able to reload my mother’s Visa gift card. I tried online but to no avail, and the website I must say, was not helpful at all. With the assistance of Melissa, who was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable Tyler was able to gain a new skill set while assisting me. together, they put the needs of the customer first and made the customer feel valued, welcomed, and important! Tyler and Melissa should serve as role models for what customer service should be and they are the reason why I continue to keep my account with community first.

The ladies in the loan department are wonderful. I enjoyed the experience working with them. The male teller(Michael) I think that's his name, was a different story. Told him I wanted to withdraw a certain amount. Treated me like I was doing something wrong. Asked why I needed the amount I was withdrawing. Continued to grilled me on my account even after verifying everything. Tried to get me a cahiers check after repeatedly telling him no. . I think it has something to do with me coming

Ericka Woulard at the new San Jose branch is AMAZING. I had a really nerve racking situation with fraud in my account and not only did she get it fixed for me, she genuinely cared about me as a person during the process. She took the time to get to know me and that meant the world to me!!!!

On June 28, 2023 my computer was hacked and was then caught up in a serious scam. I actually dailed the 1-800 number for CCu. By then the hackers had gotten into my phone. Still I was clueless. I was instructed to go to the bank and withdraw 8,000.00 without telling my branch why. Boris Maudic immediately knew I had been scammed. Even when he said that I could not believe it. The hackers called my phone and Boris got on the line. The hackers would not speak to him. Boris saved me that day and I am forever grateful. Deborah Green took over and walked me through everything we were going to do together to make everything safe and secure. She was patient and kind and again I am so thankful. Sorry it took a while to get this review sent. I have been so spooked getting on the phone and computer.Cindi Williams

CFCU can NOT keep your money safe from RFID scammers, or anyone else from that matter. This is not a safe storage place for your money, nor a safe investment area. A more appropriate name is Couldn't F'n Care UnionI have had 2 debit cards that are only used for bills be used and $0 was refunded to me, even after the Fraud department stopped the card due to obviously fraudulent activity.CFCU will contract the fraud investigation to a 3rd party which consists of an obese person asking you the same useless questions and you ultimately getting none of your money back.I've lost collectively over $250 and I don't use my debit card/acct for anything aside from bills - this is too much to not care about and consider a "it happens" error. This never happened with VyStar and they're god awful as well.Closed account and went to Chase across the street who set me up in 30 minutes, hopefully this bank cares for their customers and their money even slightly more than CFCU.

Ericka is the branch manager and she is OUTSTANDING!!! Absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond to help me. She sat down with me for hours and not only did she explain bank related things to me she also went out of her way to give me motherly advice and important life skills to know. She is incredible. I highly recommend going to the mandarin branch and talking with her if you need anything. I was so impressed by her work and her work ethic. She put the biggest smile on my face and helped me achieve my goal that I didn’t know was possible. Thank you so much Ericka. By far the best experience I’ve ever had all thanks to Ericka.
