Excellent customer service and follow through. Helped us with our LG TV even though we are a good way out of their service area. Mobile tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Also he made best friends with our dog. Highly recommend!

Our out of warranty dryer had a slight burning smell so I called LG and they recommended this company. Tech came out next day, ran a test, reattached a plastic barrier that had been removed and found no other problem. Appreciate the fast, courteous service!
