Staff is extremely unwelcoming and rude the last 3 visits I’ve been in. Not helpful, act like it’s a burden when you ask for a suggestion. Will be going out the way to salon centric from now on. Even Sally’s is a better atmosphere than what they’ve created there.

I went in this store there is new lady I asked her about some stuff she didn’t know anything about it and if we ask her she’s called someone to help her I think her name is Sheryl and there is too girls they are very nice and always helps us one of them her name is Dallas she’s awesome

Awesome selection and sweet blonde lady on the floor was very informative and educated...she took time to help me and everyone in store at the time. Great prices... beautiful ,clean store....AMEN!!!!

I have been a paying customer with Cosmoprof for 7 years, with a professional account. It’s much money as I have spent with this company, you will be amazed that they will not allow you to use the restroom. They said it’s not open to the general public. I didn’t realize I was the “general public”, I thought with a professional account and 7 year customer would be a someone that you want to accommodate.

The Regency location has TOP NOTCH customer service!I had an issue with my new CosmoProf/Sally's Reward credit card not giving me the 3% discount. After speaking to customer service on the back of the card, I was not happy with the representative's uncaring attitude. She provided me the options to get the 3% but could not explain why it happened nor confirm that it would not happen in the future.After contacting the store where I made the purchase, I explained to Stephanie what the customer service rep directed me to do and she was so apologetic for my experience and advised they would take care of me when I got to the store.Before I could leave, Stephanie called me back and advised that her manager, Andrea was on the phone with card services customer services to find out why my issue happened and that she would call me back with an update/resolution and to hold off on coming in.Andrea the manager called me back and explained the issue and how they were able to get it resolved and to come to the store in 3-5 days AND that I should not have that issue again.Andrea and Stephanie saved a customer because of their willing to assist and go the extra mile for me as a customer. This is the type of customer service that earns loyalty!Thank you so much Andrea and Stephanie for resolving my issue quickly and efficiently, being empathetic and not making me feel like I was being unreasonable, and all with a SMILE in your voices! Definitely was a 5 star and beyond experience :)

Normally a pleasant visit however this time wasn’t the case. today there is a new girl that works up there and literally caught an attitude due to a question I asked concerning salon intro kits (which they do not have any longer) she went back and forth stating it’s like a surprise kit u get what you get . (Whatever that meant) the young lady who has worked there for a while answered my question without Blinking fake eyelashes and whipping her neck.. however the Goth looking young lady proceeds to tell me she has had her own salon and she has been doing hair for over 10years , all I can say is “ not trying to Knock Anyone hustle but Honey YOU ARE WORKING FOR COSMO , not yourself and as much Money I spend in Cosmoprof I do not tolerate disrespect from the employees.. “again normally a pleasant visit but I don’t see this young lady there for much longer with an attitude like that

Stephanie saved me! She went above and beyond to help me find the right products to save my hair. She was a godsend! I look forward to visiting Cosmoprof again to see her and experience the excellent customer service she provides.
