Good products, limited but high quality. Great warranty for electronics and nice online site. Chickens are exceptional and they make enough for all of us most of the time. Good wine. Trips are phenomenal. Gas is reasonable.

Tires--OMG what $$ saver. Audi quoted me 1600$ for tires..no no no...Costco 1006$ I went in and ordered, the tech says it usually takes 3-5 business days, they arrived the next day and were mounted the following day. They offer free rotations, balancing, and nitro refills if you need that. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was out within the hour. Quick friendly service. Before selecting Costco, I checked out Sam's..I'll just say this.. the web price was significantly (200$) different from the price I was provided over the phone and the person I spoke with had the same amount of knowledge with tires as I did.THANK YOU COSTCO!!!!

Costco, big wholesale chain that I love going to. This location is super clean, staff is friendly and always ready to assist when help is needed. I do wish they had more cashiers instead of just as the self checkout area. Place is clean and fully stocked and of course they have the little food court and they also have an optical department with awesome prices for members. This location has a gas station with liver prives than the regular gas stations around.

It's indisputable that this Costco is much better than every single other Costco in the Jacksonville area. It mostly has to do with the comparative lack of crowds, I suppose, but the fact remains that this Costco is always well stocked, has a huge gas station, a great meat and produce section, and a friendly staff. Fewer customers simply makes this a much more enjoyable shopping experience where you can actually take advantage of all these benefits.

Love the store but the past couple of times coming to the checkout where the members scan your items for you have been not the greatest. Me and my boyfriend has had this happen to us twice where the employee has acted like they had an attitude and when we first walked up to them they were very rude and asked us to give them our cart when they could of stepped one foot and grabbed it. Not the greatest experience.

I have been to Costco locations all over the country. This is a good location. I've had great experiences with the costumer service desk, the membership desk, the glasses department, the pharmacy, the liquor store, the tire center, the gas station, and the check out, almost everyone! However almost every time I come to this location the food court staff is rude. Really just all around unfriendly and short almost every time. They are even obviously not working well with each other. They seem very unhappy. It's strange since the rest of the departments are the complete opposite and so delightful. The other unfortunate thing about the food court is that they still haven't brought back some of the items since they were taken off from Covid. I just can't figure out why there is ketchup, relish, and mustard dispensers but still no onions or deli mustard like before.

Best place to shop, employees are super nice and friendly. Managers are always on the floor working hard. It's a very busy place but is in total control. Thank you for all your hard work making sure everyone is happy.

Would not allow me in with a registered and carded support pet. She's been in the store with me a least a dozen times. I've been a customer for decades. I'll never step foot back in this store. Rude and nonsensical with their reasoning. Goodbye Costco.

Costco is my go to for many household items & groceries. But this location will be the last time I visit since I wasted time thinking it carry's a variety of times. It carry's just basic generic limited items after all I want to explore new items also. This location offers no organic produce which is a big deal, very limited if any organic items, items were out of stock one being the large organic carrots I came here for. Pleased it did carry organic eggs, grass fed butter. Back to the Gate Parkway location exploring more items & having items I purchase no wonder it's busier than this location.

My fiancé and my's favorite date location! You think I'm kidding, but I am only a little bit. Every time we come here there are great deals and the best prices on things we need. You can't beat Costco in general and this one we much prefer to the one at Town Center. It's much less crowded, well-stocked and easy to navigate. Plus how can you beat a $1.50 hotdog and soda? There are always especially a lot of organic staples, as you'll find with any Costco. The clothing section is stacked and this location even has gas so you can fill-up your non-Tesla tank at a discount! Plenty of parking and the hours are pretty convenient. If you're a Costco shopper this warehouse is one to beat.

We like this Costco because they offer mostly everything in the store. They have an optical department, auto for tires and batteries, pharmacy and also a gas station nearby. The Costco in this location feels really good as fas as space and the store layout compared to others. They also seem to have a good stock of supplies every time we shop here. The workers are very friendly and registers and customer service are fast and they are helpful.

Customer Service is terrible. If you ask for help during check out they ignore you; they don't wear mask even thought i hot to see an employee with a running nose... supervisors are the worse. They walk and talk with an attitude to their employees.
