Overall experience was good hence the 4/5. Our boy Michael at the front desk was great; extremely helpful, attentive, sharp (he was a 5/5). This location is lucky to have him.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Use Marriot for every trip I can, spend thousands there every year. Got Covid on a work trip so had to cancel a reservation at this location and called to let them know. The person cancelling did not know the policy, they ended up charging full price and when I called back to discuss the charges they were completely rude about the entire situation. WOULD NEVER CONSIDER giving them an ounce of business.

I was absolutely astonished that the simple request of coffee was only fulfilled from 7-9 in the morning. If you plan on staying here, be prepared to bring your kitchen with you. The staff was otherwise, lovely, and the rooms were acceptable.

Bed Bugs left me 5 indications that they own that bed i slept in at this hotel? This have never happened to me before and I have been to many places all over the world: Paris, Vienna Austria, the Swiss Alps, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Barbados. All those locations just stated required hotels. I slept for a year of work in complimentary hotels working for PG&E all over California: I NEVER GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS or woke up with finger nail sized red marks that itch. So, we know they are cutting corners on the pest control, I wonder what else they are nickle and dimming? I called to tell a desk clerk and his response was, "so you take care of yourself", and that was his total response-- that means they Know they have BED BUGS?

Great experience at this Marriott. Prior to our arrival, I had erroneously booked the wrong date and got charged. It was an error on my part. My husband called and spoke with the manager Samantha. After explaining the situation, Samantha credited the money back into our account. Samantha was very sympathetic and understanding. My husband has stayed at this location numerous times and we are looking forward to our visit in a week. Samantha's decision to credit our account back made us love Marriott even more.

rooms are mediocre, the worst part was that everything felt constantly moist (including the covers which is not smth you want.) and the room had a bad smell second day but went away after the next day. i stayed for 3 days and it wasnt the worst but couldve been better. i still recommend them bc its a good option especially since right across the street there’s chic fil a, starbucks, dunkin, and lots of other stuff so close

No pets! I'm allergic, so this works for me. The staff are nice, the room was clean. The whole hotel smells clean. Close to Walmart, Gate gas station, Close to I295. St. Vincent's hospital. Restaurants across the street.Rooms: Nice, clean bathroom

I’m really confused by all the recent 5 star ratings. While the staff was wonderful and kind, the rooms were gross. If you didn’t run the AC at the lowest temp setting, the room was damp and sticky feeling. There was mold in and on the vent in the room bathroom, and smelled like mildew. The shower also did not drain.

Too many criminals in residence. Was a nice property. Staff is awesome. Woken up at 4 AM by cops banging on the door next to mine 6/7. Condoms in the parking lot. Staying North or West of here going forward. Stil no reach out from the management.If the police are going to be "cop knocking" at 4 AM do you not owe the guests being woken up by this any kind of courtesy, bonus points, apology. Staying five miles North specifically because management ignored my post and legitimate review.

The room was clean and comfortable and you could tell the hotel was being maintained well, the workout room was nice, the common areas were nice, the guys running the food area were really nice to talk with. Very convenient to the interstate. Great value and we will definitely be adding this hotel to our I95 trips.

If you're here for business in the Southpoint area this hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of places to eat nearby and not too far from downtown.
