huge difference in customer service compared the other company they had me at. Very timely. I have never had to wait on the phone more than a few minutes. Super helpful. Keep up the good work and thank you.

They do not work well with Tricare and will then harass you about paying over $1k for a piece of equipment you can get on Amazon for $300. This is a total medical scam at the expense of veterans in order to make money. Still have no idea how they got my information and sent me equipment and they will call you again and again never leaving you alone. Do not get caught in this trap!!

June 2021 Phillips lawsuit/recallSeptember 2022 My prescription is still unfilled 16 months later!Actual veteran, actual review. Refusing to replace my recalled CPAP machine, refusing to fill a prescription from a doctor, and encouraging me to just stop using the machine if it is harmful. VA, Tricare, CPAP Medical, Phillips are all making a ton of money by forcing us to use these lethal products. The staff does a phenominal job of lying to patients! Thank you for your service.Your reply is ridiculous. Try to make your lies a little more realistic, especially when your profits increased by so much last year :) Congrats on all your success.

Fantastic company to deal with while active duty, since Tricare covers everything 100% However, it becomes almost entirely pointless to continue service with them when you get out. Even with my Tricare select, it became obvious that using the VA to get your CPAP supplies for free becomes more beneficial than paying a copay to continue service here.Bottom line: great for active duty, pointless for veterans

Jason, the Director of Operations called directly to address my concerns. Just to give you the magnitude of their operations, CPAP Medical is not your normal DME because they only service Tricare customers and the service area is nationwide. As a result, they process and send out anywhere from 800 to 1000 shipments per day. With that many shipments, there is a small percentage of shipments that will have hiccups.When hiccups do occur, their customer service departments rectifies the problem right away.Keep up the great work Jason and team. FANTASTIC Customer service! I called late in the afternoon to change my mask and hose after switching to a new machine. Their staff happily answered all of my questions and filled the order for the new mask. The very next day it was delivered! Had to make another call for a different item and the next person I spoke with was just as friendly and helpful as the first. I've been a customer with them for 12 years. In those twelve years I've never had any issues whatsoever. Masks, hoses, filters, and such all arrive regularly on schedule. Any changes or updates are handled quickly and professionally. THIS is the place to get your CPAP supplies!

Amanda is the best!Two weeks ago I recieved my routine replacement equipment and trashed the old mask. Everything was going great! I was getting good sleep and feeling refreshed. A couple of days ago my dog must have realized this and decided to intervene. Instead of finding my mask in what I thought was a safe place, I find it in tatters. The harness is torn to shreds, the mask has almost all of the soft plastic chewed off, and my dog is walking around with the "I didn't do anything face". Needless to say I was not happy about her modifications to my mask. Prepared for having to pay for the replacement this time I called CPAP Medical and was connected with Amanda. After explaining what happened she spoke with her manager and they agreed to send out a new mask free of charge. She told me that they understood that life happens and they understand that pets see everything as a chew toy. I have nothing but the highest praise for Amanda and CPAP Medical.

I know your probably came to the review section to see if this company is any good. You’re probably searching for a CPAP machine due to your trouble with sleep. LOOK NO FURTHER!!!A little back story here… I’m a combat veteran with sleep apnea. The VA recently diagnosed me with this and then I was informed there’s a recall on the Phillips machines and the VA didn’t know when they’d ever get me a machine. They diagnosed me, yet gave no solution. Luckily, I have Tricare.I called these folks on Monday and by Friday, I had a Licensed Respiratory Therapist at MY HOUSE with my new ResMed CPAP machine. She gave me a demo and explanation of everything. She wore a mask and practiced good COVID safety precautions.Customer service is OUTSTANDING at this company. When I called to originally ask if they could help me get a CPAP, they walked me though the entire process and handled my insurance filing for me. I literally thought this was a scam because it seems too good to be true. I WAS WRONG. This company absolutely deserves 5 stars!! You will not be disappointed.Lastly, I called their number and pressed 5 for management to thank them. Once I pressed 5, I had Melissa on the phone after 2 rings. These people KNOW customer service! Huge Kudos to this company and it’s service!! You truly lifted my spirits when the VA said they can’t help me at the moment. Bless y’all!

I want to take time to commend Chris Herms for his outstanding customer service. He is always available to address concerns regarding CPAP equipment. He’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the management of obstructive sleep apnea and helping as many patients as possible with this condition. He should definitely be your go to guy as his company if you have any questions about managing your sleep apnea and by doing some improving you sleep and your life.
