Very nice and helpful. My phone glitched and would not charge, (even though it claimed it was but, battery kept going down). Young lady behind the counter worked with it for a while and now it's good to go.

They went out of their way to get the phone I wanted & set it up for me since I was a new customer to Cricket. I can't remember the girls name that helped me but she's the best!
