My credit card was compromised last month. I was issued a new card went to cricket to change credit cards to the new card. I did this 3 weeks ago. This passed weekend I received a message that I needed to pay my cricket bill. Monday morning I went into the Atlantic cricket store. Explained the situation to the person behind the counter. She told me that she could fix it. She did her magic with the my credit card and her computer. Well today is Wednesday I woke up to my phone being cut off. I went back to the cricket store on Atlantic. The sign said it would open at 11:30 this morning not 10:00. I returned to the cricket store at 12:00. Explained my situation to the person behind the counter. She looked at me and told me that I needed to pay my bill. But I already told her that I tried twice before but her people behind the counter were incompetent and could not set me up with auto pay. But they told me that they did. She then said that she was trying to get her computer up and running and she wasn't ready for business. That I can believe. I don't think this store has been ready for business for quite a while. Maybe I should go to another provider. It is clear that cricket only hires the brain dead.

Me and my family went to upgrade our phones The young lady Skyla that worked there was very friendly and helped to transfer our apps from our old phones to our new ones. I recommend this store to get all your wireless services.

Great store with an awesome team running the show! The manager, Tiarra, is very knowledgeable in the phones and plans and whenever I call with a question, she always comes through with a deal and an answer! I COME HERE ALL THE TIME and it's always super easy. Love it!

Horrible service. The Lady Korea M worried more about leaving helping us get a new phone. She was yelling screaming at customers after us to leave because she has to go. Not to mention she was so in a hurry she didn't do a split payment as we had asked before hand and she gave us the wrong case for our phone and when we tried to exchange it she wouldn't allow us to because she was too in a rush to leave. Without a case my gf ended up cracking her phone. Get better work ethic.

I had the opportunity to visit Cricket Wireless Store on Merrill Road to hopefully rectify a problem with my friend's phone and it was something that I didn't feel comfortable taking care of, and they were friendly to help me. I know that I will help a problem with my phone, I can take it there to have the problem taken care of.

I absolutely LOVE Daisee! The environment she creates is so friendly and inviting! Store was full and she found time for me and my husband perfectly balanced every other person and was so friendly! She offers deals on phones and accessories and helped us enroll into a deal that takes your bill down tremendously - go see her and watch how she works! Can’t wait to come back with my sister to upgrade her phone. Thanks daisee!

Went here and found out the sweet girl from starke works here now! I was so shocked but of course she treated me with the greatest attitude this girl really is the face of cricket for me and she always answers the phone with such a happy attitude I’m so glad she didn’t leave the company like we had thought when we went to starke and she wasn’t there ! We came to visit my daughter in law and her new baby and just happened to pop in! Come see miss daisy by DDs you won’t be upset!
