Their attitudes at work are as poor as the service they provide. Your literally dealing with hoodrats at this location with overpriced government phones. They have their friends leaving reviews to make this location stand out. But the only thing that stands out. Is the endless rude behavior. If you love yourself, skip cricket wireless all together.

Horrible experience today. Callie, the store manager had and has such a bad attitude. She was so rude to me as I was speaking to another staff about my situation with a 3rd phone line that never worked but I had been paying on it. She was very arrogant and cut me short to make it clear to take my issues up with customer service via phone. I asking would I possibly be able to get a refund for the months I paid or at least a credit being that the line never physically worked. She had 2 employees watching her speak the way she did. She said her response then said okay we’ll have good day with the ugliest demeanor possible, very sarcastic and careless. No professionalism or integrity. I said ma’am try to be a little nicer to speak to customers because your attitude is very mean. She then said leave my store before I have you removed as I was walking away. I paused and said okay what’s your name because I’m not sure why you are so angry and mad. She said you 60 seconds to leave my store then she literally began to count as if I was in prek or a dog in training. Never have I ever met a store manager threatening a customer with a phone call because they are trying to get info about there cell phone. When I asked her name she responded loudly and rudely, “I’m Callie THE SGORE MANAGER! With no courtesy. She does not need to be a store manager speaking to customers the way she did. And wanting to have someone leave the store for no reason is crazy. She definitely needs to be told by a higher authority how to speak to customers, how to communicate, and how to not make cricket look bad. I would be embarrassed to have a store manager like her. She was completely wrong and ugly. I actually got my information I needed from customer service and got my refund. She could have simply helped me but was too busy and angry pulling stickers off a hand held gun. She has some major problems with self. Callie is not a professional store manager.

GOOD GOOD customer service at this store, all the time! I no longer find people as good as the girls in this store but RITA, the manager of this store, always answers the phone with a good attitude, and is always ready to help customers who come to this store! When she's there, I know I'll find help and someone who makes me feel comfortable while I look for a new phone!

This was the best customer service experience that I ever had a cell phone store. The store manager Rita and two newly hired employees we're very helpful and extremely versed on their product knowledge. They quickly upgraded my phone for less money than I expected. Everyone was very friendly, they were playing a lot of my favorite songs. The whole experience was easy, fast and fun. I highly recommend this location if you are already with cricket or looking to change carriers. I took these photos with my new Motorola stylus 5G

Rita and Jasmine are AWESOME! They helped me switch all of my contacts over and made sure I was good to go before leaving. Without their help, I would have spent hours doing what they did in less than 5 minutes. They were playing great music and we all had fun conversations about hobbies lolAnother new lady wasn’t able to help as she was still training but she was still just as kind and funny as the other two girls were. I’m definitely coming back soon!

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I spoke with a girl, short with a nose ring. She was very rude to me. I went in originally to see about switching from boost, but I ended up going to att just because of her attitude. Kept pushing things I didn’t need and told me they were “required”.Is this how you conduct business? It’s ridiculous.

I came into this location on Aug 24. 22 Representative with all the piercings very RUDE! I did not patronize the business took my hard earn money else where. I would rate the customer service zero stars if I could! Avoid.

I've been with Cricket now for 7 months and I hate it this phone they gave me can't do anything in fact I have a phone that is seven years old it does better job than this phone I've tried taking it back because of numerous problems and they still haven't fixed it we'll be leaving this company soon

Ashley, I needed a mobile hot spot device to work from home since I live in an area that is limited in internet service. She was knowledgeable in purchasing a mobile hot spot device for a great price and amount of gigabytes. It was easy to set up. I am able to log in every day successfully. I try to work with everyone but this employee was no knowledgeable in anything. We came in because my husband's phone can not make or receive calls. After giving details over and over the rep tried to have me call the 800 number, it was a long wait. I requested the phone back and she asked if she could give it a test call first!!!! No! We are there because the phone doesn't work!!!! Now have to drive to find so.eone competent! I'm sorry I really tried but this lady was not knowledgeable at all.!
