About CrossFit Total Control West

CrossFit Total Control West is a super welcoming gym with a great community. The space is huge and well-equipped, with an entire section for Olympic Weightlifting. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, providing clear explanations and scaling options. Multiple coaches are often in each class. The community is excellent and supportive, making it a special home for training. It is highly recommended for both drop-in visits and as a home gym, truly representing what CrossFit is all about.
