About CrossFit Total Control West

CrossFit Total Control West is a super welcoming gym with a great community. The space is huge and well-equipped, with an entire section for Olympic Weightlifting. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, providing clear explanations and scaling options. Multiple coaches are often in each class. The community is excellent and supportive, making it a special home for training. It is highly recommended for both drop-in visits and as a home gym, truly representing what CrossFit is all about.

    Amazing CrossFit gym! Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere was great. The coaches were always paying attention to everyone, helping us improve. I truly loved my experience here and will definitely be coming back in a few months. Thank you again to everyone for making my time here so great!

    I had a great experience at CrossFit Total Control West. The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable. The programming has been great every time I’ve gone with options to scale as needed. & the community is welcoming and great motivation! Definitely recommended trying them out or dropping in, if visiting the area.
