About CrossFit Total Control West
CrossFit Total Control West is a super welcoming gym with a great community. The space is huge and well-equipped, with an entire section for Olympic Weightlifting. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, providing clear explanations and scaling options. Multiple coaches are often in each class. The community is excellent and supportive, making it a special home for training. It is highly recommended for both drop-in visits and as a home gym, truly representing what CrossFit is all about.

I had a great experience at CrossFit Total Control West. The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable. The programming has been great every time I’ve gone with options to scale as needed. & the community is welcoming and great motivation! Definitely recommended trying them out or dropping in, if visiting the area.

Amazing gym. The coaches are experienced and genuinely care about their profession and athletes. They will help you achieve your goals regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. Highly recommend.

Was in Jacksonville for school and went here for my workouts! Joe was great and very welcoming. All the coaches did a great job explaining the workout and modifying for injuries and other limitations. Everyone is welcome here. A great group of people!
