I have been a member since this location opened . I have taken their ride class since then . Their music selection is awful and death metal music is played . Hard to get through work out .

Rachael gave the tour and lots of encouragement. Signed up same day. Since then the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Zach was my trainer for their kick off program. Grateful to not be alone on me and my hubby's fitness journey. We didn't get this way overnight and grateful for Crunch to be there while we level up.

Can be crowded sometimes but and this is a pretty big one they have an app that shows you the amount of people there so it's pretty easy to navigate. All the equipment you could possibly need and great staff 1000000000x better than the best planet fitness.

My wife and I really enjoyed working out here for the last year. Our area of town changed and they were extremely helpful and easy with our need to cancel the membership (thanks Brad!). Highly suggest joining this gym!

STAY AWAY FROM CRUNCH FITNESSFirstly, just look up Crunch Fitness on the Better Business Bureau website. They have over 900 complaints in the past 3 years, are not BBB accredited, and have a 1.15 / 5 star rating.Unfortunately, I found out first-hand why this is.A friend convinced me to go there to work out with him, so I bought their monthly membership, which was just under $20 a month. However, he stopped going, so I tried to cancel it.Now, this extortion scheme that Crunch has is genius. Would you believe that the ONLY way to cancel your membership is to take the time out of your day to go in person to the gym?Not only that, they charge you a cancellation fee, and they charge you an additional month of dues after you cancel. So, I cancelled, blocked them from charging me. And then they charged another fee for missing a payment that was charged ON A PLAN I ALREADY CANCELLED. This is borderline fraud. So, if you enjoy getting charged nearly $100 just to cancel a gym membership. This is the perfect gym for you!Oh, and they have no refund policies. So let's say you buy a year membership and try to cancel it the day after - say bye to your money.P.S. Search up the names of the people who wrote raving reviews about Crunch on LinkedIn. Surprise, surprise, the top review is written by a "Group Fitness Instructor/Front Desk/Sales at Crunch Fitness".Hm, seems like a conflict of interest.

The gym itself is nice and the equipment is too but they lack a lot of space. They are not equipped to handle the influx of people they get at about noon till about 3 then from 5-8pm. If I go at either of those time windows on a weekday I have to work around everyone else, sometimes not using what I need because someone is always on it. I literally have to wait until 8PM every weekday to get in unless I’d like to wait 10-30 mins, 2-3 people ahead of me, on equipment, or have them waiting in line behind me. Likewise I could go very early at 6AM but I’m usually working by then as are most people or they’re at least starting their mornings. The bench area for dumbbells is always overcrowded especially with kids just hanging out in groups on their phones. In 7 months of going I’ve only ever used that area once.. Likewise with the deadlift area. Have never even touched it because they’re always full. Like most people I’m there to do specific workouts not stand around and wait.Equipment breaks every now and then leaving you with one machine for ALL these people. It often stays broken for a month + as well. They did add a whole row of cable machines which was much needed and nice but I’d rather opt for a whole row of benches or at least some we can move to a more spacious area away from the overcrowded area (assuming there isn’t a class going on over there). They also have their classes that are quite annoying when you can hear their music and yelling on loud speakers over your headphones only because they’re held smack dab in the middle back of the gym.Gyms are equivalent to their customers no matter how nice the equipment is imo, and with a large portion being high school and college kids I feel like I’m in a sort of a planet fitness filled with entitled brats that will superset on 3 pieces of equipment all across the gym. It’s kind of funny seeing a dude put 3 pieces of his belongings on equipment to keep them to himself and not even use 1 for 20 mins till he cycles back to it.Bottom line they would do well to turn the giant rooms dedicated to cycle or other classes, which are only used during those few hours, as more room for their customers and by doubling the popular equipment. They do have a lot of equipment no one ever really uses. If I could go whenever I wanted, get done anything I needed, all without having to worry about being overcrowded or waiting I’d hands down give them 5 stars. I just can’t when I have 2, 2hr windows to go workout during each weekday. Weekends are hit or miss also. Sometimes they’re busy sometimes they’re not.Good on them for making the money, I get it, I own a business, but we focus on quality over quantity and that’s just integral to how we operate. I think the USA is kind of getting tired of mass produced, quantity over quality business.

Clean!! This gym is very clean! First time into the gym and I am impressed. Friendly staff and tons of great equipment! I did not find one piece of broken equipment… which is rare in large gyms like this.

Gym is fine. Cancellation policy is scum. You have to cancel in person or send in a “certified letter” by mail. It’s 2023 this is completely ridiculous. Let people cancel their memberships online. This is the definition of a predatory business practice. Pathetic.

not enough benches available, people will wait right at benches to claim when its peak busy. staff doesn't check if you pay for the premium services like the massage chairs, infrared sauna, etc literally anyone can ask for it with any type of membership, i have a premium membership and not once have they ever asked my name or made me scan for the massage chairs, infrared sauna, tanning etc - defeats the purpose of purchasing the more expensive one. it's pretty clean and the staff is nice enough, the classes are good.

The staff here - especially the manager Sandy - was super helpful as I was having issues with my contract, and they made sure I didn't have to pay any unnecessary fees. Awesome staff and great facilities!

Sandi the GM was AMAZING. She was so friendly and welcoming and had great knowledge of all the amenities. I was on the fence about joining crunch vs one of the other local gyms, but sandi sold me on crunch.
