Most useless company ive ever used. They never service their machines, it takes two cycles to dry a half load of laundry and they never get anyone out here to service them. Do not use this company for washers and dryers!

Horrible in two places, one of which was Disney where you’d think they have their stuff together. Half the machines were out of order. Went to a smaller hotel after and the whole system didn’t work. Th QR code was not recognized and the card reader didn’t work for a chip or swipe. Horrible experience.

It took 250 from my credit card and did not give me air or the vacuum this is b******* and I want my 250 back. It did not give me air or vacuum but it took my money. This is awful service as no phone number to call.
