Management and staff are completely unprofessional, they lie to you about the price then don’t honor what they say. Facility is always filthy, trash around the doors, doors don’t work properly. I would never rent a unit from this company again. There is a reason they are getting sued!!!!

Overall, pretty good. A minor hiccup with entrance code at the beginning but very quickly rectified. Facility very clean, well lit, and CERTAINLY “climate controlled”!👍🥶 You might want to bring a hoodie! Could use some more carts, though.

Adrian really has made renting my storage the easiest process with all the issues I have faced I thought this would be the biggest struggle he explained ever to me and made sure I understood and he has amazing customer service

The management team is outstanding, you can tell Adrain has taken his time changing the situation that was here before he took over and Cris is exceptional they are both willing to go above and beyond. I was at the site yesterday and it was trash everywhere but today it was clean and smelling good I couldn’t believe it was the same place Adrian came in and went right to work and knowing that I feel comfortable leaving my items at the facility because of the attention to detail Cris and adrain provide

Adrian has shown extreme care since I have been renting. He answered all my questions and made it personal. I’ve recommend renting here just for the customer service and care he has shown me and my wife even if he is a FSU fan … Go Gators !

I have been renting for about a year and a half at this location and I was ready to move out due to lack of response from previous management about facility issues. Adrian has been amazing since he took over, he has truly taken this place and done a complete 360. He addresses every issue I have and Cris the AM has been exceptional as well. I am truly impressed by how wonderful they seem to work together, everytime I come to my unit Adrian is always cleaning, sweeping or out making sure the facility is well kept. Today I asked him a question not expecting him to know off the top of his head but when I gave him my unit number he answered quickly and efficiently and reassured me that my questions were addressed. I say all that to say Adrian and now Cris have changed my perception of storing at this facility and even though i plan on no longer needing storage soon if I ever store again I will go to whatever store that they are at. They are really amazing and helpful and after what me and my husband have been through at this site to have them come and change our minds speaks to them as people and professionals. 10/10 highly recommended

Everything was great, the employee was super helpful and kind. My only feedback is the doors don't stay open very long to move very large items. The magnets are finicky which was not helpful for moving alone.
