WOW!!! I just experienced and received one of the best , if not “the” all time best, customer service experience here at CubeSmart storage facility by both VIN & Dottie. They were so courteous and helpful. It made me feel as if I was their only customer today when in fact it was a very busy day of business for them. I’ll spread the word about you two and again I thank you…WOW!

I just moved into the Kernan Blvd CubeSmart location yesterday. While there seem to be endless choices for storage in Jacksonville, I am hopeful I have found one where I can settle. The staff is tremendous and conscientious - with a special appreciation for Vin - who welcomes you when you first arrive. He is so very vested, I asked if he actually owned the facility? He laughed and said no, but he cares that much about your experience.
The place is spotless and even if you are utilizing the upper floors - both elevators are kept in solid working order. I mention this because the last place I used had two elevators but one was broken the day I came in and was still broken when I left four months later when they wanted to double my storage fee.
Storage is a tricky game and I have not utilized one previously. My experience with this CubeSmart has exceeded my expectations and every person I met while I loaded my property into the unit were similarly pleased.
Rent with confidence. This is a good location and a tremendous crew.

Don't rent from Cube Smart on Keirnan. They hound you constantly if 1 day late, like they're desperate and losing business. They lost mine, paid for the full month, moved out 10days early.....NO REFUND for the unused time and they rented it out right away. Scam that they kept my money.

Dotty was so wonderful!! She worked to get us the best deal and explained everything so thoroughly. She was patient and we felt so well taken care of. The units were clean and well kept as well.

Process was simple and easy when I went in to the store to complete the paperwork. Customer representative was very helpful and polite. Facility is very clean and easy to navigate. First month free promo was an excellent deal!

The staff has always been absolutely amazing and helpful. My unit was on the second floor indoor and I went to check on my stuff on 6/20. Unfortunately, there were rats that jumped on me and rat feces everywhere in my unit. I filed an insurance claim because they cause over $4,000 dollars worth of damage on my personal items. A helpful tip rodent damage is not covered in the policy you pay monthly. If you have pricey items at this location I would highly suggest go check on your stuff before it's to late and may be out a lot of money. The units have a rodent infestation and you could be out thousands of dollars. The rats jumped over into the unit next to mine as well. I took all my stuff out that day and cancelled my contract at this location due to the rodents.

Shell was amazing, she walked me through the whole building, shared where the bathrooms are and helped me find the best unit and the location, I was initially here to get the promo and get a unit that was small but I upgraded to a bigger one! She was wonderful

When I got to CubeSmart, it was so nice to be welcomed with true, sincere customer service by Shell(?), I think was her name. She is an asset to the business because of her friendly smile, genuine helpful information and she walked us all the way to my unit.
