I first went to the location off touchton and requested a smallest unit on the first floor, they didn’t have it, but the lady there I believe was named.. GeeGee? Was kind enough to check the data base and guide me to the location off beach blvd who had what I needed, and again the 2 workers there were very helpful and friendly as well, unfortunately I didn’t get their names but it was a lady and gentleman working on the 9th of September during closing hours. Thank you, definitely would recommend CubeSmart!

Michael was very helpful and sweet with the process and made it super easy. He was super detailed about everything. And provided us a cold water before we left.

Very disappointed in my choice to rent a unit from yall… after trying multiple times to get ahold of the office and manager and leaving messages with the call center and no response from the said manager, I have had nothing but a bad experience with them!! I will pay the last bill I have with yall and I’ll go to another store until… and I hope people read this and think about renting for you!!!

I have been having an issue for weeks now to get a phone number to contact somebody to change my debit card. I came across this CubeSmart but a wonderful man named Chris. He went out of his way to get me phone numbers to call. All automatic systems. Today I drove out of my way to go to a local tubesmart and I must say I now have two friends. Chris and the manager I think her name was Christy. Two wonderful wonderful people. They deserve rewards for how they help me

I arranged this for my granddaughter to use while she is at UNF university. They were so nice to her and she said the space was clean and ready for her. We will probably use the unit for her entire college experience! Thank you

Chrystal and Chris were extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable and hospitable. They were my angels for the day. I came in feeling down by the time I left I was lifted high in spirit and joy. I will always recommend these two they work so beautifully as a team.
