We just wanted to share what a great experience we just had at cube smart!! To start off, STAR was bubbling over with excitement and enthusiasm for cube smart that we could not wait to rent a unit. She went out of her way to make sure our unit was absolutely perfect!!!We are so happy to be renting a unit because of STAR. Wow!!

Crystal is amazing she was so humbly patient that she was on time helping with everything from the size of storage to the great amazing pricing.And not to mention she has the whole storage area front office clean, smelling good, and looking extremely neat, and she showed me what to do once i was all settled. Crystal is an absolute angel. The rest of the staff is pleasant as well. They have helped in a difficult time which is awesome. I have used their services multiple times and I do highly suggest them for your storage needs.

I want to thank Crystal at CubeSmart Point Meadows for assisting me with downsizing from a larger unit to a smaller one. The timing did not align as planned. However, she kept her word on ensuring that I still got the pricing we initially discussed. I very much appreciated that.
