Hello I went into the Extra Space Storage on Jefferson St in Jax, Fl and was helped by very nice young man named Jose. He was very helpful and courteous with taking my payment and showing me how to sign up with your App. My phone had a small problem trying to get the App but he was so patient with helping me. He enjoys his job and is a great people person. Please let him know what I said. Thank and God Bless.

The storage unit was clean, spacious, and there was always lighting throughout the whole storage unit. I liked how secure it was to stop by and pick up or drop off my items.
