Beware of this consignment they do not give you any receipts when you take merchandise and when you ask about it they deny ever accepting it! It looks to be a pattern from other reviews on this consignment store. I took a almost brand new Dooney Burke leather purse. And they accepted it ,several weeks later I still saw it hanging in the back room on the top left hand side and I mentioned to one of the employees that it hadn't sold and she said to me oh that is such a nice leather purse , I will tell Kimberly to feature it online. After many phone calls trying to see if this purse had sold they couldn't find it in my account. I heard from the owner Kimberly and she implied that I was a liar and said that they have never accepted any Dooney merchandise in their store. I don't understand why they can own up to the fact that they accepted it, they tagged it they put it out for sale maybe into a wrong account I don't know but the fact that she was adamant about telling me that they have never in 7 years accepted any Dooney merchandise was very insulting to me.

Horrible exp. Dropped of several high end workout items, never heard back. Stopped in store several times to inquire where my items were and got various excuses each time. No items,no money.

Cut Consignment is a true gem with sustainable fashion and a great selection of gently used and new fabulous pieces ranging from designer dresses , fabulous tops, and even darling beach coverups. The best part is the staff is fashionable, friendly, and expert personal shoppers! I have fun every time I come to this boutique and always walk out with something stylish at a great price!! Highly recommend!!

Very rude i don’t recommend buying from them just got a call just to tell me i called too much to ask for a shoes! When they don’t respond to emails and no website even their instagram not working .

I have shopped consignment for years and I'm so glad to have found. C.U.T. Consignment on Hendricks Ave. The quality of the clothes that they have is outstanding, the merchandising in the store is lovely and it is just so comfortable. And the girls are just a lot of fun and very helpful. It's just a joy to shop there. I highly recommend!

I have been shopping there at C.U.T. for over 6 years! This is the best kept secret around with Boutique overstocks, designer clothing all with great pricing! They created a fun atmosphere for shopping with the best customer service.

I sold a brand new with tags $200+ Coach purse with them. I received only $20 for it. They won't give me the money because they don't pay out until you hit minimum $30 profit. The older woman Leann had a very snotty and negative attitude throughout all of my experiences with this business. She told me "I didn't come to work to be disrespected" and "you need to get out" and physically walked behind me and shut the door in my face. This type of immature behavior is not acceptable at any business, never mind this little hobby job. I was there asking to have the manager just give me my money because I won't be selling anything else with them based on this scam of the $20 purse profit. The other woman at the desk was very professional and helped me in a respectful way as any normal employee would. I am now waiting on a response from the owner on getting my "profit" from the purse. Will not be doing any business here in the future based on Leann's childish behavior.
