Unqualified pharmacy staff. On July 23 at around 3:30 pm it finally blew up. My wife had a blood clot removed and a stint put in. We got a 30 day free of Eliquis. With the coupon which she was preparing. Comes around counter being rude and loud telling me this card had already been used insinuating we were lying. After contacting Eliquis they sat on hold for 11/2 hrs with this location, no answer. Me and my wife after for another hr. Finally drove up and found out Eliquis had informed CVS that they entered july23, 2023 instead of my wife's Birthday.... So again CVS dropped the ball. They were supposed to contact us immediately, but didn't anything happen till we walked through the door. From the Pharmacy it's self run poorly, But the young Indian woman was very nasty and rude. To not following protocol. They need help with in....

Racist they don’t let black ppl return anything over 100 , I even had my receipt.

Always a panhandler outside. The pharmacy is good, but always seems understaffed. Trying to call them about a script is impossible because you are on perpetual hold.

Pharmacy. I've had the same insurance since 2018 and have been going to CVS Publix And Walgreens since as well. I just moved to the southside near Atlantic so came to a new CVS and the pharmacist said she couldn't take my insurance card bc it doesn't say pharmacy which it never has and every other Pharmacy I've went to has never given me a problem. So as we are sitting there trying to figure out the issue, the doctor steps in and says she is spending too much time on me and tells me there's nothing they can do and the lady just walks away without telling me to hold on or she can't do anything further etc. worst service ever. The doctor himself was rude and you could tell could care less about filling any customers needs because the last that was next he was rude to as well saying they didn't have her medication and didn't know when it would be in so go to another location. Worst service ever. I tell the lady I'll take one of the medications under my RX discount card and she said well it's gonna be at least an hour and that's it. No have a nice day, we'll call you when it's ready, nothing. Don't go to this CVS if you want good service. Trust me

Love this pharmacy.....efficient, proficient, organized, and very friendly. CVS pharmacists take time to explain and help between doctors and patients.

The drive through is still broken so we have to go in. CVS is a million dollars pharmacy and you can't fix the draw in the drive through. I'm so sick of this CVS I should go back to my old one but I moved. Sad so sad.

They are the best pharmacy. Always timely and very quick when something is sent over from the doctor and not dropped off.
