I had several scripts to fill that were pretty expensive. The pharmacist took the time to come discuss a cheaper option and suggested GoodRx. I saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you CVS for all your help?

Customer service is abominable ! That is because they have no competition . They own the pharmacy, the insurance company, the PBM ( pharmacy benefit manager) and the wholesaler. In any other arena this would be a monopoly! Our employee benefit requires that we use CVS or pay out of pocket . My husband had a new Rx for an expensive medication called in to CVS. I had a coupon and waited on hold for 20 minutes to give a pharmacy team member the information . I finally went up there and was rudely told I would have to wait for it to be reprocessed. I happen to be a pharmacist and know this takes about a minute. I was told to come back because the pharmacist had to verify. This is standard operating procedure for them! All of our other prescription medications and over the counter drugs I choose to pay out of pocket at a local pharmacy that treats me like a person and not a problem . Dmitry ( pharmacist) and his staff need to be retrained on basic customer service.

Maxine and Jonah are very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful employees. They answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. They also worked well together as a team. I'm thankful for employees like Maxine and Jonah

Turned their phones off, because they do not have enough personnel to answer. Cannot renew prescription online. Customer service says I must talk to store to contact doctor. Couldn’t contact store, because they turned their phones off. Doctor office closed at noon on Friday until Monday. Money is more important than health care to a publicly traded monopoly.

I have been going to this CVS for going on 5 years now and I haven't had a single complaint yet. The staff is usually incredibly helpful and sweet until recently. I believe it was a new staff member i met the last time I came in and he was INCREDIBLY rude and slightly aggressive, not just to me but friends of mine have also had issues with him and he is absolutely horrible for business because none of us will be coming back.

I shop at this CVS location for greeting cards and gift cards. You will not find a better selection at any CVS location in the area!The store is clean and organized and customer service is great. Unlike a few other CVS locations I've been to with very little greeting cards, this location has three rows of cards. Not to mention a huge selection of gift cards. You will find anything from restaurants, Visa and stores such as Marshalls and TJ Maxx. They also provide lots of coupons to help you save money. I've received coupons for greeting cards, toiletries and even $6 off a $30 purchase. I also signed up at this location a few months ago for their new rewards program. It's $5 per month but you get the money back as a coupon plus many other additional ways to save. You can try the program free for 30 days.
