The pharmacy manager is unprofessional since she came in everything got complicated it is not easy to pick up medications anymore there is a lot of apologies about why they couldn’t fill up the medication and it is too busy to fill medications and it easy for her to leave patients with no pills because she has no time , So she can’t handle this position. This is not the first time that I see a long waiting time to pick up a medications or drop off, And beside that she talks with patients with no customer service experience

Wife was harassed by male employee while shopping. When I confronted him after she came out of the store and back to the car, he said she was trying to steal batteries. What? I asked for his proof, and he had none. I got creepy vibes because he looked surprised that we would question this accusation. Why wouldn't we stop and ask why he thought she was trying to steal batteries? He said his name was Donald Phillip. I have send a complain to CVS corporate, but wanted to post a negative review as I will never shop CVS again if their managers act this way to their guests.Keep an eye out when shopping here.

Today I decided to order pictures. And I selected the picture in minutes option. Well once I finished that I informed by the cashier that he would get someone to help me. After waiting for a few minutes I got the same reply. After waiting 15 minutes I just ended up leaving without my pictures.

The parking lot to the CVS near the corner of Southside Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida has a consistently trashy parking lot. many times there are vehicles left parked there unattended overnight. many times people come up and solicit money from you. At night when you exit this store you are always concerned about people driving through with their cars that are not customers of this CVS store in Arlington in Jacksonville, Florida.

I see some poor reviews but I don't think they are up to date or accurate. I love this pharmacy. They've had the same staff for awhile now so I've been able to get to know them. They help me with GoodRx when applicable and always fill my prescriptions lickety split. In addition, I have never walked through those doors and NOT been greeted by someone saying, "Welcome to CVS!"
