Pharmacy is rude on phone and in person .....coming from a person whom worked in the field and aunt was there half my life now it has went to trash poeple need manners and respect for not only other poeple but themselves I will not shop here

The cashier working tonight 4/1/24 at CVS at Duval Station.....young girl with long brown hair.....here is a tip....if you cannot "deal" with customers concerns about the charges that we see on the screen and question you about the over charge...here is a tip....grow the hell up!! You need not be in a customer service job because you are rude and obviously you need more training. Hopefully someone at CVS reads this review.

Horrrrrrrrrible!!!! So, apparently this lady just got out of school & didn't learn anything!!!She ran 2 test and they both were negative and sent my teen son on his way.I asked please prescribe something for his bad body and face acne & she wouldn't. Keep us in the office an hour,while she " learned how to do paperwork."How in the world are they allowed to not do ANYTHING, and still charge the insurance company!!! Horrible untrained people!

They have an overzealous pharmacist who won't let prescriptions be filled 2 days in advance. They will tell you don't worry we wont run out, then you go to pick it up, we have to order it. What the world? I am positive they send the dumb workers to this location. I never have this issue at other locations. They are also notorious for not checking records, telling you a prescription is ready and you go in, and they are like what prescription even after they have texted you that its ready. Someone needs to audit and retrain this location or get rid of the staff completely. There are other options such as Publix and Walgreens right down the road. Don't bother with this garbage pharmacy. They also charge more than other CVS's.

Received prescription from minute clinic within this cvs on duval station road and somehow from the clinic to the pharmacy again within the same building it went missing. Pharmacist and technician was extremely extremely rude. Will NEVER come back!!

Pharmacy needs to get their act together and be on the same page. Do not tell a customer at close to 830pm at night to drive back and they will run the insurance information only to be told at 845pm upon arrival that they close at 9 and cannot run insurance verification too close to closing. I specifically asked before I left at a little after 6pm from the minute clinic if they needed the insurance information and was told no that if they couldn't find it they could "search" their system. Thankfully the medication was too expensive but the customer service experience was not positive. I felt like they were being inconvenienced during this visit to the pharmacy. Only positive, absolutely no problem with our Minute Clinic representative.

Got a message saying my blood pressure prescription was being filled. Showed up 2 hours later and they said they didn't have it in stock. Said call back tomorrow after 2pm to see if they have it but they can't guarantee they will. It's a very common medicine. This is ridiculous. Never coming back.

Yesterday, I visited this pharmacy to pick up my medication. As I was checking out with a lady named Adriana, I began explaining that I had five medications on my list. Despite being aware that two of them were unavailable as I had picked them up the previous week from another pharmacy, I had two ready for pick up and my question was directed to the medication not ready. Before I could finish my explanation, she abruptly interrupted me and directed my attention to the payment machine. I found this interruption quite rude, as she didn't offer an apology or allow me to complete my sentence.It's important in customer service to listen attentively, and interruptions without acknowledgment can be disconcerting. I couldn't help but wonder if this interruption was due to my being Asian or if it was her or CVS’s standard practice with all customers. Regardless, such behavior is not in line with the level of customer service expected.After completing my explanation, she curtly instructed, "Go to drop off," displaying a dismissive and impolite attitude. This type of behavior is not conducive to a positive customer experience, and it's important for customer service representatives to communicate respectfully. I believe a more considerate and patient approach would be more appropriate in such situations not to mention the fact that it was not busy since i was the only customer at that time.

It’s always a terrible experience with this place, no one ever answers the phone! The minute clinic picks and chooses when they accept walk ins and when they don’t. You’re better off taking care of yourself at home and get your prescriptions from somewhere else

I have call this pharmacy numerous times with a minimum of 30 minutes on hold. I am calling from Delaware in regards to my sick father’s medication here. No one picks up the phone. A complaint filing with Florida Board of Pharmacy will be registered to the intentional refusal of patients being able to communicate regarding their medications and in my dads case can be life threatening. Furthermore not adhering to CVS’s own human rights policy and Code of Ethics that clearly violate their standards of Practice. You got the right one this time.

I’m not gonna lie but this place is better than of types of similar stores. Why, has the medical staff on site that was very helpful to my daughter and her physical for school sports. Good price and she was treated with respect.
