The pharmacy is the only bad thing about CVS, they serve you poorly, as if you were going to ask for things for free.

Have called corporate several times about this pharmacy and it's incompetence. They have never returned a call either. CVS simply does not care. Did not have this many issues before they closed my other cvs. Will most likely move to Walgreens or publix. They can't fill prescriptions. They never have anything in stock. Some are rude. And you can't even get a person on the phone. They don't return voicemail but neither does corporate or regional. Take your money elsewhere. Save your self the headache.

I genuinely mean this -- I don't think the people working back there have the proper education, experience, or knowledge to be a pharmacist or even involved back there with peoples medicine. I would avoid this location at all costs and go to the Publix Pharmacy down the street.

This is a horrible pharmacy first they text say your prescription is ready you get there and it's not not only is it not ready but it's not available in the store then the medicine that is available they put unclear instructions so I have no clue on how to take and they won't answer the phone they put you to an automated system so all the way around horrible customer service a horrible experience will not be going back to CVS pharmacies

Closed pharmacy earlier than posted and got an attitude with a customer that needed a medication called in for a scheduled procedure that same day. I spoke with the manager and the pharmacy refused to work with the manager.

Sal, the pharmacist is the worst interaction I’ve had with any customer service. I mistakenly decided to use this pharmacy for two of my prescriptions I have just been prescribed for the first time. I came to pick them up, and they told me that they did not have one of my medications , and that I would have to transfer to Walgreens to get it. This was frustrating since they did not call or reach out to let me know about any of it before I came to pick them up and since this was my first time being prescribed this medicine I had asked to be given my label number for my prescriptions so I could track my prescription through the app so I know when it’s been transferred and when I can pick it up and he refused to give me it. He told me to have Walgreens call them, and they would transfer the medicine (isn’t the problem at hand, I need my prescription label number so I can know when to pick it up and when it’s been transferred since they are obviously unreliable when it comes to communication) one of the technicians was in the midst of giving me my label number and he waved her off and told her to stop. He was very rude and refused to give me any information on my prescriptions even with all my provided information. He had a very sexist attitude towards the female technician and to me, although he was super nice to the male patient before me. Will not be ever coming to this place again. He was also very rude and condescending to the other technician who tried to help me and give me my label number.

only reason I use CVS is due to work insurance. Pharmacy is usually understaffed and a few of the staff are generally indifferent and seem uncaring..I'm sure due to stress and dealing with so many people. Service gets continually worse as time goes by it seems. Always a long wait whether in store or drive through. They actually gave me someone else's medications one time and I didnt notice till I got home...now I always check before leaving. Today I had three prescriptions sent to them at 10:30 in the morning... at 2:30 in the afternoon no text to pick up. I call and ask if they can tell me approximately when they will be ready for pickup and the girl tells me they are working on them. I let her know its been three hours and would just like an estimate of when they will be ready. She tells me they will text me when ready for pickup. I know this...again I ask ...Yes I know that...Im asking for a timeframe of when they will be available for pickup....she just tells me she's not sure...
***update 02/15/24***
I can honestly say this place only gets worse with time. Store #5006 Atlantic blvd. The pharmacist there now is short, rude and should work for the post office with his attitude. Its been 2 weeks my RX has been on back order and he cant tell me when I will get it still... no clue. Its obvious he doesnt give a rats A-- -- either. Only reason I still use them is Im forced to due to my employers insurance. Otherwise I would have switched to a different pharmacy long ago.

Very friendly cashiers, but be prepared to be waiting in a long line if you have a prescription to be filled or picked up.

The pharmacy is the worst I’ve encountered. I went inside and there was not one single person inside.

Cvs continues to disappoint in the customer service arena. Now that we've somewhat adjusted to tge lunch hour closure I arrived today Saturday 3pm only to find the drive through is closed due to lack of employee staffing. I am wearing a cast an I did not appreciate the long walk back to tge pharmacy. There was only one technician and the pharmacist on duty however I don't understand why you can't switch back and forth between the drive thru and the inside counter. I would decide myself if I was tired of waiting in the drive thru and go inside. Unacceptable practice for a pharmacy dealing with the elderly.
