If you can find another pharmacy, do so. The customer service in this place is laughable. Prescriptions not in their systems but have been sent multiple times on various occasions, conflicting information from different reps.

Writing this review bc of 1 person. Harlin at the counter. He was very nice and helpful and actually welcomed me when I entered the store - people at cvs usually don’t. Hire more people like him, not rude jerks.

The gal at the pharmacy counter was beyond rude! Cvs if you have cameras please look at it 1915 on Dec 9. No one should be treated the way I was. Go to another pharmacy and avoid frustration

I requested RX's transferred from another pharmacy, I requested the pharmacy through the automated system. I called this CVS I waited on hold for 23 minutes before I disconnected and called again waited on hold another 20 minutes with no answer so as mentioned while on hold, I decided to go to the app to do the transfer. I submitted the request 2 days ago and I checked the status it says still processing. So, I attempted to call again and spoke with pharmacy staff who said they hadn't gotten it yet did I call Walgreens I said no should I if they said to have your store contact them for the transfer. My point is I do not work for CVS or Walgreens its not my job to contact them. I am further delayed another 24 hours to wait on them to transfer the RX'S This will be the 2nd day without my meds I am totally out. Yall need to get it together.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. It's a pharmacy. Of course you have to wait for your prescription. The only complaint I have is that it looks run down and one time I got food poisoning from a Jerky stick I bought a year ago. Other than that I have never had any issues. The staff has always been friendly.

The pharmacy is never in order understaffed and they seem to don't care waiting a hr on the phone just to see how long they would take this is very unfortunate and when the staff finally picked up they hung up I live close by the only reason I deal with this nonsense sad

6/7/23 at this CVS around 12:30’ish, stopped in to grab some things & the kiosk machine stalled, but the sales associate anticipated my need before I could turn around. I always buy this medicine from any pharmacy for just 15$ This my first time I buy this one from cvs and they charge me 171$ I didn't see this until I go to home I call the pharmacy to check if they charge me wrong But they told me my charge is correct

How do you give someone amoxicillin for kids that needs to be mixed up just the dry powder?? Incompetent people that is how!! What a joke for a pharmacy!!! I will never use them again!

Wait 40 minutes to pick up my son's prescription. Doesn't matter what time you come here. Doesn't matter if you go inside or drive through. Always the same long wait.

The pharmacy department is the absolute worst. Each time that I've had to deal with them has gotten worse Each time. You are put on hold for the longest time. I've on the phone for an 1 hr now. When they answer the phone it's not professional. Even when you go inside their not professional. The customer suck. I would literally rather drive cross town to get my medication. They need a whole new department of people. People that actually want to work and help others.

This pharmacy is a joke!!! Everyone of them are not nice and are not helpful at all. I wish I could go back to Publix but with my sons insurance I can’t. Lord I can pray though. This pharmacy has given me the wrong medication, another day the wrong dose. 04/12/23 Update: Today I called and was on hold for 1 hr. Was told to me that my sons medication was not ready to be filled then relieved the day which is to be filled today. Said he could try and get it done today but probably not. I said ok I’ll pick it up in the morning. 10 mins later I get a call from the pharmacist (that’s feeling in) Mr Z, that basically they only have 26 pills and I need 30, I can either wait for the 4 pills that may come in tomorrow or the next day to come in or lose out on 4 pills but at-least I will have the 26 pills is what he pushed on me. I advised him that that’s not how insurance works. He said yes you will lose 4 pills till the next refill. Said he will promise to get with the pharmacist tomorrow and help me. Lord I tell you this place needs some prayers. Short staffed is all I get because of rude people that work there. I have called corporate twice and I’m calling again. This is not right at all.
