This pharmacy is not professional at all. They will yell your prescription names, date of birth, name, and address across multiple shelves/aisles. This happens every time I try to get a prescription filled. In addition I have had multiple prescriptions be sent to this location and received alerts they are ready at this location and every time they tell me it went to a different location. I show them the confirmation email and they tell me “Sorry we don’t have that in stock”. They also have a tendency to sit on their phones and ignore the line of customers waiting to get help.

The service is actually five stars but the phone is so frustrating. It is impossible now to speak to a real person, you have to argue with an AI to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback, the phone literally doesn’t even ring.
The people who work here are amazing, but not being able to speak with someone when it’s urgent is extremely upsetting.

I have never encountered any issues before. It seems unreasonable to pay for my child's medication when he is covered by two insurance policies. Additionally, Tiffany illegally tore off a portion of his medical record. Patients have the right to access their own or their child's records upon request. As I left, I received a text stating the pharmacy sent the medication back to my child's PCP, which I did not authorize anyone to do. I will be contacting the state board regarding this matter.
Update 08/04/24
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CVS pharmacy. When attempting to refill my child's prescription, I was informed that I was banned from the pharmacy. This ban appears to be due to the pharmacist's refusal to add my primary insurance to the file, insisting I pay out of pocket for a covered medication. Despite multiple visits to resolve this issue, I was forced to go to a different pharmacy to fill my child's prescription.
Had I known about this unjustified ban, I would never have used this pharmacy. The pharmacist's actions—removing my child's primary insurance and incorrectly requiring out-of-pocket payment—have caused unnecessary delays in my child's recovery. As a medical professional, I find this situation unacceptable and will be reaching out to the appropriate authorities to address this matter.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! THEY FALSIFY RECORDS!!! I was with this pharmacy years ago, and started having problems then. Switched to Winn Dixie, and everything was fine. W/D closed their pharmacies, and transferred everything back to them.
I have an artificial heart valve, and HAVE TO TAKE warfarin. My warfarin transferred to CVS in November, and was filled. Called to refill it in April, as I had 1 refill left, but per their notes, I had supposedly cancelled the prescription in December. I am completely dependent on this medication, have to have it, yet this incompetent pharmacy took it upon themselves to cancel it, and then blamed it on me! This place IS DANGEROUS!!! If you are with them, get out FAST!!!

Love the staff and love Tiffany and acmed they are the nicest, kindest people! They have helped me through everything! I love this pharmacy despite some people saying it’s horrible and they don’t authorize things which is not true because they are running a pharmacy and not a doctors office!

The worse pharmacy ever would not recommend and I don’t know why Winn Dixie thought that this pharmacy was even close to comparable to fill people prescription. The nice nasty attitudes and the absolute lack of empathy is a hard no for me and my family.

I'm very happy with our CVS experiences. We were Winn Dixie customers and your staff at this CVS Pharmacy along with the work the staff at Winn Dixie Roosevelt pharmacy did to get us to y'all, helped make it a smooth transition. Thank you so much!

The transition from Winn Dixie has been better than expected, with the helpful staff at the CVS. So happy to see Minerva has been hired there - she is the most incredible pharmacist.
