I went to pick up some meds for my son and there was an issue with his insurance which is not the lady’s fault, however after being on the phone and deciding I was going to buy cash the cheapest medication and come back after everything was fixed I regretted not leaving sooner. I asked her if it would take a long time to switch info or whatever she was doing on the computer (cause if it was I planned on leaving since my son was crying and I had to come back eventually anyways), and she said she didn’t know with an attitude , told her I get this is not your fault I just want to know if it would be one minute or longer than that and she said “she is not a fortune teller”, in Spanish “no soy adivina” ..I told her that after that I was bothered with her cause she works there, she knows how long her computer takes for things and that was not a courteous answer..she started going back and forth with me and I just left . I will be back when my insurance is fixed and I hope she reads this and gets better at customer service.

Im used to order online so i can just pick it up to this store, but today was horrible! The lady who pack my order put the chocolate and shampoo together in one bag??!! Are you freaking kidding me? She have bad attitude to, Don’t work if your not happy to your job!!! I hope the old guy pack my order next time, He is better and he know how to organize orders.

Impossible to get a human on the phone. You have to go into a store to get information about meds. The new policy has taken patient care out of CVS. I would rate a 0.
Please if you care about your life, DO NOT GO HERE. They obviously don’t care about you here. Everyone please call senator to reverse policy. Thanks!

Impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone to ask any questions. Tried calling for an hour till we finally got in the car and drove up there to check to see if they have even received any of our scripts yet. Vary poor customer service at this store.

Arrived with a vaccine appointment for Covid and fluStaff said one was out of date and fridge temp was incorrect for the otherSo wasted tripEven though they had email and telephone for the appointmentThey could not be bothered to callLooking at all the other reviews for this location CVs need to be paying attention

The pharmacy department has horrible customer service. And they do not know anything about medication. I never write reviews but this has been the worst experience for the past year.

It’s hot in there, they have everything locked up and act very suspicious of everyone. No bathroom and awkward staff. Pharmacy employees were of no help, I went to the one closer to my house and they were able to help me no problem.

Will never go back here we just moved to the area and everywhere we've been has been so friendly UNTIL we walked in here prices are absolutely highway robbery go to Walgreens across from Winn Dixie same things are by half the price below and the older man cashier acted like we were bothering him so we could ring out a phone card everyone looked mad and disgruntled and I couldn't get out of there fast enough

Better experience this time then the last few, always seemed like I was bothering them when purchasing items, by their rudeness of the employee before, last time was a little better but not sure why he did the whole transaction at the express check out instead of the register.

Worst pharmacy EVER DROPPED OFF MY THINGS AT 1 NOT READY UNTIL 7:48pm WALMART TAKES 30 mins definitely going there next time it makes no sense why they took so long and very unprofessional only two people and I see why never returning
