Reluctantly came to CVS after being at Winn Dixie for 8 years.
The drive through is a plus, but the pharmacy employees care, are accommodating, and I appreciate them.

My boyfriend and I came in 20 minutes before close last night, we were in and out but the blonde young lady working didnāt even say hello back to us. I went to grab what I needed while my boyfriend was at the ATM and she was just giving him mean looks. Very unnecessary & unprofessional, I also work retail & I would never do this when someone comes in towards close.

You can never find someone to work the register, you have to go hunting if you need help behind the register. The manager told us if we didn't like we could leave. 3 of us walked out.

Spectacular service at this CVS pharmacy located at 9509 San JosƩ BLVD Jacksonville FL, the young boy who served us had spectacular treatment, it is a shame that he does not have a photo of the boy so that he can be well recommended and applauded for his beautiful service, a very spectacular communication, very kind, patient and generous, I express it this way, because I had had very bad treatment in other CVS in the town and I had to go to this one a little further from my home to receive better treatment and it was a very satisfactory experience Congratulations, the appointment was on June 10 at 8:50 pm

Worse pharmacy in city and there customer service ā¦ā¦ I had to call 4 times for my medications and after 3 weeks they still havenāt got it right ā¦absolutely zero customer

Can I give zero stars? My prescription was transferred to this location from another pharmacy due to insurance issues. I didn't expect to have to wait five days to get it filled. I received a text saying that it was in process. It gave a date and time that it would be ready. I stopped in to check in on it today and the employee in the pharmacy, Emily, was so incredibly rude! All I did was inquire about my medicine and she acted like I was bothering her. Just completely unnecessary. She obviously hates her jobRight away, set the tone for how my new pharmacy experience would be. The time that it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't! No updates in my text, they did not answer their phone and the automated system was no help. I decided to go back to the store, since it was 30 minutes after the time it stated it would be ready. I had to tell the pharmacy why I was there because they never even began to process my order! Being insulin dependent, I missed my dose last night because it took 5 days to fill it. After talking to another employee, they finally ran my prescription and I got it while waiting. What a damn mess. Luckily, I got a three month supply, but I will not return to this location again. Very unorganized. I've never waited five days for a medication anywhere. You don't mess with an insulin dependent diabetics medicine. Just complete incompetent. Unbelievable. I can see why the reviews are bad.
